  1. Buckley is so far off being good enough it's scary. Offers nothing.
  2. Results so far going out way if that's any consolation. Watford losing, Sunderland Drawing and West Brom drew earlier. Boro with a tough game against the Dingles later.
  3. Really really poor from Cantwell there and starting to become a habit.
  4. Jesus get the place full, maybe it's too late with policing if it's already submitted the max attendance and if they have allocated the police based on that but if not get the place full, open the upper DE tier to either rovers or dingles and get the place full to the brim. Going to be electric and having 4500 empty seats because they don't treat us the best when we go to their dump shouldn't be reason enough, they have petty small club mentality. Make it the spectacle it deserves to be, full house, hostile derby in all it's glory. Not shitty politics and corporate bs.
  5. So currently which blocks in the home section currently remain unopened? Are all areas in the JW and Riverside open or are both section closest to the Darwen end closed for it?
  6. Maybe harsh but it comes a far enough distance away for me for him to anticipate it a bit better. If he gets a bit more air on it or swings his left foot at it and gets it down field it's a different outcome. Instead it was like a laser pass directly to their wingers boot. Disappointing for me.
  7. Yeah all very avoidable which just makes it sting a bit...
  8. Was it not his clearance that went straight to Thier winger to swing it in? Apologies if it wasn't but it was a tame and weak clearance.
  9. Really poor defending from Hedges Weimann and Gueye combined. Undone all the good work. Onto the next.
  10. Just saw Duncan Watmore warming up, hope he doesn't get on, always liked him, he is always dangerous.
  11. In a world obsessed with "philosophy" and "playing the right way" Millwall really have stuck to their blood and thunder and getting stuck in way of play. Have to admire it in a way but didn't get them far.
  12. And JRC...just keeps punting it forward to no one and has been poor defensively, for the record I like JRC but needs replacing in this game.
  13. Britain and Beck at half time please. Getting fleeced on the wings.
  14. No Beck is disappointing but I'm sure we will see him at some stage.
  15. You from there or lived there? The rail here is pricey too in fairness but I always thought the UK be alot more affordable. I remember getting flights to rovers v arsenal at the Emirates (6-2) Dunny and Nzonzi scored I think. And my flight to Stansted was €15 return. The train from Stansted into London was more expensive 🤷🏻‍♂️🤣
  16. Just reading the rail prices for fans to get to the game, I went to the game at Millwall in 2022 (4-3 Rovers) and paid €35 for return flights from Dublin to Gatwick. The rail prices to get to London are scandalous for fans. I have also just booked to come to the Burnley game, flights and 1 night accommodation in Manchester for 2 people costs me €120 all in. Bargain😁
  17. Just get the job done second half and I will be very happy. More composure needed. A win would be a great result and carry on a brilliant run of results.
  18. Such a fan of John Eustace. Said it last year I'd take this style of footy over the suicide stuff and I stand by it. Might not be pretty at times but it's mostly competitive and when it is you have every chance of nicking a win in this division. Back 4 did very well today. Pears again looking composed which is great to see. Nothing major to do. Thought Trav was brilliant, was like a wasp and was driving forward the whole game. Tronstadt industrious. Reads the game very well and shields the defence very well. Cantwell showed how good he can be with that assist and a few other flashes, would like to see a little more consistency but he is luxury and happy we have him. Hedges was poor, don't mind him in the squad but need more. Ohashi was busy but very little threat. Dolan was poor, slow and laboured, miss an absolute sitter and wasteful in possession.
