A good game that we win however a couple of points. We were luck with the pen, his hands were down and the ball hit him so a luckly pen, do we will take each of every one of them. As for sav and brad, if has a defender you go for a ball in the box then you go for it, even if the kepper shouts you clear your lines and talk about it later after the match. The first half after watching it on match of the day we should of been two or three up, still three points will do nicely. -

and people wonder why fans do not go to football matches, when I earn £5.60 an hour its no wonder people think twice first -
well niceon lads, when I saw it on sky that we were two down I thought thats it, then 2-1 oh I thought this is getting closer, 2-2 pens then I heard it live on sky when bentley scored to make it 2-3 to rovers. Well I never, nice on lads and roll on the draw and a home tie

itswas a good game ans 3.0 is harsh, as for savage yes he can tackle, but he lacks pace, two of the goals were down to this. In midfield if you have no pace you will be found out and this is starting to happen with him

I read in one of the papers on the web that we have signed a fittness coach from west ham to work with him and anyone else to make sure that he is able to play more games -
we cannot hope to play 4-5-1 and win not against most sides. if we need five in the middle of the park them you have to play 3-5-2 which I for one think it will work. Neil can play both defence and attack and reid is the same place those two outwide as half backs and have three center halfs and three in the middle with two up front. If we are under pressure the wing back can play more as full backs, if we are on top more as wingers. If we have this format we will be ok if not 4-5-1 means no one is up front if we play 4-4-2 the midfield is over run so come lets give it a go and play a 3-5-2 it cannot be worse then the pattrem we have now
-
watch the game on sky at home I think that away from home 4-5-1 work ok, but at home we should play a 3-5-2. with the players that we have a think that this sysyen would work you have an extra player in the middle but still have two up front. The down side is that the two wide midfield players have to be able to defend and attack which they can do so. So for me lets give it a go. AS for falling gates with football like and the cost of the game, than no wonder they are going down

just watched the game and what a mess, wrong formation and wrong players playing in the wrong postions. I think that if he wants to play a five midfield them he as to play a 3-5-2 I think that rovers should play this but that is another story. The weak part of this is the width both in defence and attack, but with cole on one side and backs on the other it could work, that means that the team should rule the middle ofthe park and still have options up front, with the 4-5-1 you rule the middel of the park, but have no or very little options up front and hence what will not work is the 4-5-1 so boys its back to the drawing board again -

lets see what he is like when we play two up front and todate stead is still yet to score for his team -
I myself do not drink, but I do not mind other people drinking even if there get drunk, however when there actions start to harm others, then that is the stage when there are out of order. I do not go to away ground due to people bring drunk and while I would like to take my almost four year old daughter as some stage, to Edwood park. the thing that is stopping me is the actions of some fans ( both home and away) I took her to the ladies match at edwood park and a good time was had by all and not a drunk in sight. Now if that happened every time more families would go

the sad fact is that the fans are expected to care about the club anf give everthing for it while clubs feels little for its fans expect as a money machine. In the past players have stated that its a short time span tp earn mnoey well at between 15,000- 100,000k a week you do not have to work long to be well off for life. AS for me ( and this is where I will get some stick) I watch sport on sky and the key word is sport yes its help to pay for big wages. but its the only way I can afford to watch big sporting events as for blackburn rovers hope there do well we live in hope -

agood signing and the wait was worth it was it right to sell stead well if he had to go to buy our new signing them yes, just a shame that stead could not have stayed and still signed a new striker ot two -
good game and my 3and a half daughter loved it, she was good all the time, shamed we lost . the gate was quite high which was good indeed

to reply to vinjay the walkers trust has to do what is best for the trust has a whole. if they do not make money there cannot give money to rovers. The trust owes it, but any company has to pay for itsself and in the long term rovers like others clubs will have to do this, or as nearer as they can Jack Walker I think did state that in the long term the club had to stand on its own feet well the long term is here and now. The trust fund does a good job in the amount of money that we get and I do not think that anyone else will do as well, ie look at Man Utd. How well we do is dowm to M H and his back room staff and the players that he buys and picks, so roll on next season and lets see what happens, for me its a top ten finish.

first of all its too pay the players a fair wage, which is a lot lower than there are on now, I know its a free market however its a free market for the fans too. Its been too long when all the power has been in the hands of the players and the fans have just paid up well enough is enough, I get paid £5.41 an hour as a mental health support worker and I only get paid for the clinets that I see so no clients no pay. Footballs get paid whatever, in fact they want a extra payment for wining the every thing that they get paid to do, let then get pay as you play or based on the gate, let the free market run free and let us see which players are worth the high fee that they get. Yes we are fans but we all have bills and familties to look after do the clubs and the players care for us. I think not. So lets all live in the real world which means that the players have to as well and when this happens the fans might well return, if not the fans base as a whole will get smaller for all clubs as the match fees go higher and a working wage gets less. people have only so much spare money and the does come a time when people of all clubs will say thats it, I can only go to a certain amount of games and that time is coming about now -
I thought that when he play for rovers he wasa very good player, all the best
-
I think money wise utd will be ok, some fans might not go but has there are more fans then seats that will not bother him still should be fun to see if AF stays and which players move on
-
from what I have seen of the second team, no one is pushing for the first team. I would love to see some youth players pushing for a first team places, but there have to be ready for it and as yet there are not. so its time to push on and get as hogh as we can

a great game to watch on sky, and a good show all round as for stead I was always though he is a good player and has he gets older he will get better and better, a sign of a good forward is the not only the number of goals but the number of important goals that he scores and stead is that dept is up there with the bestm the goals he has scored todate has been vital and for the money paid, chaeap too. do not sell him. If we spend well in the summer and todate MH has done very well all should be well

Has someone who was born in blackburn and lives now in nelson I am glad that in both games they was no (or every little fighting) football is about watch a match not about having to run for your life. Fnas take there kids and the more family based clubs there are the ebst it will be most people come on this MB (from clubs other them rovers) to talk about rovers and football. so come my good hearted Message board menbers lets keep it like that
