Watch Japan surprise Belgium like they surprised Colombia and England defeat Colombia. That would really be something if the Red Devils lost. I will be for Belgium but Japan is a bit of a wildcard. They aren't there for nothing.

England's match is the last one, watch how the above words look when we see England win on Tuesday. Yes, Colombia is the better team versus Japan but Japan defeated them. Opening game jitters I suppose is a good excuse. Japan might really have a top plan for Belgium. And this gloominess, against a team, Colombia, that was a dark horse to win it all last time and went out in a game I find questionably officiated and only to see who they lost to, Brazil, get throttled next by Germany. ----- Argentina is a banana peel for France. France should be able to take it. Ronaldo's tears? We should remember this as well, Portugal to take it. It's clear, all of these teams to have a lot of potential, Argentina a bit questionable against a solid team.

Japan may not be as strong as Colombia but Japan has planning and methodology as to where they just might upset that more vaunted opponent. I guess any team at this level is a threat... EXCEPT.... I don't see Russia threatening Spain at all. Denmark don't look to strong BUT.... I've seen teams like them before, they could probably draw about half of the final 16 teams. Looks are deceptive.

I shouldn't talk down Colombia really, they got jobbed by the referee back in 2014 according to many against Brazil. I think they did. A lot of good footy really eventually came out of that group, Japan, Colombia, Senegal and even Poland today.

England can defeat Colombia, Columbia only really caught fire against Poland in those last 30 minutes. No problem. So, the winner will play Switz/Denmark. That is a bit of fortune. Switzerland would seem to be big favourites against Denmark, we will see.

Mexico and Japan today, I think, spent so much energy in the first two games, they came out flat in the 3rd. But I think England really look good, so just try your best... don't be too tense.

Senegal got that bizarre goal vs. Poland, it was legal, you can't take it away from them... but still, I've got to think that was a bit of luck to defeat Poland. Japan defeated Colombia straight out, I think Japan rightfully advances.

Shucks, looks like the last African team is going out.....Senegal should have done better with at least one of those chances.... it was a very good look. Senegal needs to almost send everyone, goalkeeper included up....

POLSKA!!! 1-0 Senegal hanging on against Colombia, 0-0. I don't know who advances if Senegal and Colombia draw, it almost sounds like it could be Senegal and Coliombia OR could be down to goal difference.

There's grey areas definitely, sometimes people say someone dived, they even get carded for the dive but to me, it's not always clear.
