British forces brought back Indian Clubs from India. This is not too difficult of exercise if the clubs are not exceedingly heavy. They come in all sizes. I think the Indian Clubs can be somewhat therapeutic. I have not had formal classes in Tai Chi but sometimes, I can find rhythm to make those kinds of movements with the arms and rest of the body.
