Statistically what you say is correct, but we've won 1 game in our last 7, can barely score and are playing sides who are hitting form at the right time whilst we have declined dramatically. Current form would suggest we miss out. -

Not true, most people have watched too many war films were they get up and fight back, 7.62mm is massively unforgiving and really spoils your day -
Chaddy is currently scouring all the Scandinavian leagues and will appear shortly with a mighty list of viking contenders, most of which most of us will have never heard of. Mercer is placing bets on some obscure signings and stocking up on Vino Collapso for when they get stuffed. I am just a bit giddy since the manager fiasco hasn't dragged on forever and ever.

A warm welcome JDT and Remy, whilst I appreciate that a threadbare squad and a somewhat ridiculous hierarchy won't make life easy I am optimistic and for the first time in a while a tadge excited about the prospects going forward. I realise that it will take some time to effect your style and ideas and that new players may take time to bed in, but I am pleased to see some energy and enthusiasm coupled with your previous experiences. The departure of Lenihan and Van Hecke leaves us with a big hole in the centre of defence again, add to that a new RB and the new DoF is going to have to earn his corn from day 1. I guess he also needs a Diaz replacement, a decent left back and some midfielders. Strap in Mr DoF you are going to be busy, busy, busy.
