  1. We do look dire every time we play 3 centre halves.
  2. Don't worry everyone, we're looking to sign players. There might be some more urgency next week, we'll see, no rush is there?
  3. It's a good question. I don't know the quality of Serie B , personally I'd look at Kone from Wycombe as he's likely got more room to grow.
  4. still waiting for a Chief Scout to be confirmed.
  5. Which one of us has just paid their mortgage off with that goal?
  6. We sound quite a lot like the buyer and seller in that scenario.
  7. Which you say had changed from last summer, which funnily enough changed from the summer prior to that. Either you haven't ready my post or you're choosing to ignore my comment. I said you're mindful enough to notice we change how we operate frequently, but don't pull up the powers that be on the high frequency of those changes.
  8. You're mindful enough to notice that we move away from doing things in a certain way frequently, yet you infrequently pull the powers that be up on this chopping and changing.
  9. Also seemingly posted a day after the closing date for applications...only at Rovers.
  10. In true boredom at the lack of links, I've followed @B16Rover's lead and searched for any half decent goalscorer, in a half decent league, who we might be in a position to take a punt on. I've since watched one YouTube video and he is of course, our ticket to the top 6. Step forward, Thibault Klidjé
  11. Portsmouth have been dire so far too, need to take advantage, but no fluidity.
  12. Let's hope whatever names get brought in, it's where all the money is spent.
  13. I worry that Forshaws legs have gone for sure. My only hope is that a move back up North will rejuvenate him. Looking at his Instagram page, he'll be back around his young family on a day to day basis, which may have had an impact on him at Plymouth.
  14. I can tell you why he did have the ability and physical fitness to be a Championship level footballer. Doesn't mean he can do it his entire career though and i'd argue, he's not champ quality anymore.
  15. I didn't realise Forshaw was 33. I'm all for adding some experience, but the majority of players we've seemingly been linked with have none of the so called "resale value" that gets peddled by the club when it suits.
  16. Well at least we know he hasn't written that whilst on the loo
  17. He was a waste of money, yet you wanted a new keeper or decent backup keeper? Can't follow you there.
  18. I wouldn't normally advocate loaning a youngster, but considering it's the most expensive position on the pitch, would anyone look at Deivid Washington from Chelsea on loan? Signed last summer and hasn't been near the first team this season (bench included). Financially, I've no idea if we'd be able to afford it, but I can see him going on loan somewhere in Jan.
  19. How did Nixon's premonition about a chief scout being named today come along?
  20. If there ever was proof we needed a finisher, today was it. We can get it in and around the box, but then the wheels fall off. Eustace has done what he can and our paper thing squad is coming home to roost with injuries to key players. Ultimately a slide won't stop until we either get adequate reinforcements or those key players return from injury.
  21. I tend to look on fotmob at leagues top goalscorers and saw he had been doing well as of 6 weeks ago. I'd have a look at him, think he's only 21 and keeps finding new levels.
