The trio of Dolan, Smodicz and Gallagher are probably as hard working as any other forward lineup, completely suited to play high intensity pressing from the front. I know its not possible to play that way every game but would love to see the high pressing from front occasionally!

The reason we cannot come back from going behind is because we dont CHANGE our way of playing. When going behind we HAVE to go aggressive, takes risks, gamble with extra men in box, play long balls into box! This has to come from the manager, but surely even the players need to take some responsibility!

We are yet to see the best of brittain and this is due to JDT restricting him from doing what he is best at. Brittain natural game is to bomb up, dribbling past players and putting wicked balls into the box. Its sad that when i see him play with the ball he is just passing for the sake of passing sideways and backwards. I would love JDT to mix up our play, let players play with some freedom, play with some attacking intent. I mean if we lose the ball in the opposition half its better than losing in and around our own defence. Teams WILL have figured us out by now and if we keep playing the way we do a team will come an press us with high energy forcing us into more errors like we saw in the last game.

What did we do to deserve a draw? Wigan played better football and keane should have scored the 1 on 1 chance in the 1st half when wharton gave the ball away, suicidal just like morton giving the ball away. That had been coming for weeks, the number of times we have got away with that in previous games!!

Does anybody remember the game against QPR back in Feb? That day ALL the players put in 100% effort, intensity and energy. Since then i dont know what has happened but the intensity and effort just hasnt been there! We can blame Mowbray all we want but a lot of players are just turning up and going through the motions!!

Imagine Mowbray having Rudy Gestede playing out wide (In Tonys words the modern day striker needs to be versatile and be able to play out wide) and the Craig Conway Wide Right instead of wide left! Its unthinkable but thats where he has been playing Giles and Gallagher (confidence has been shot in previous games). Regarding Gallagher still think another manager/coach gets more out of him. Footballers play with instinct. Its difficult to use instinct when playing in unfamiliar positions.

We should be playing Giles against weaker oppositions and pickering when facing tougher teams as he is more defensive minded.

I dont blame ANY of the Blackburn Rovers playing today or that played over the weekend. There is only one man responsible for the utter shambles we are witnessing, Tony Tombola F***** Mowbray! He doesnt have a clue, talk about over complicating and playing Johnson up front! What a joke! His tried to be too clever once again!

Would like to see Giles play instead of pickering in the next game. Have we started to play with 5 at the back? Pickering rarely goes pass the half way line, Rankin-Costello ventures further forward but offers little. Onto Rothwell he is so frustrating with the sideways passing. He needs to play further up the field and start contributing with goals and assists. Rothwell not the same player since he was denied a transfer in January.

Shame we didnt turn up first half. If we played with the same intensity and conviction in the 1st half as the last 20 mins we may have got a result.
