  1. Didn't he go to Reading uni? Absolutely nothing in Reading is "top".. aside from the amount of Tech companies, perhaps.
  2. I believe the point was to show how pointless it is posting manager odds given that our last manager wasn't even available to bet on prior to getting appointed
  3. Why is that relevant? Bookies odds had fuck all to do with who we appointed manager then just as they do now. The Raos operate within their own sphere of influence, they have no idea who they will appoint manager so how would anyone else?
  4. This has Simon Grayson written all over it. Cheap and desperate, the Venky dream.
  5. Not sure I agree with people getting called out for questioning people with a track record of posting bullshit. It just means the poster (s) in question (creepily trying to impress a bunch of strangers) continues to do so with no consequences. Have we learnt nothing from Brexit?
  6. No doubt all the stuff in the press is being driven by his agent, Pasha & Waggott probably don't even know who he is.
  7. What exact part of the past 12 years gives you the belief that our illustrious owners are even aware that our manager has left, let alone been "in the market and looking for a manager for 12 months"? Mowbray himself announced he was leaving several weeks before we hear anything from the club ffs, blows my mind how you can think there is any kind of plan in place.
  8. Savouring every second that he's gone as between now and when we employ the next chancer it'll only get worse and worse
  9. I thought this. Is he hanging around in some kind of advisory capacity until then? Is it 100% that his contract ends on June 30th? Regardless I reckon next manager in place not before July 1st.
  10. Not for me. When the bloke with the tits gets around to hearing about Tony's quotes in the media there's no way he's getting a new contract. The serfs do not get to talk about their masters this way and survive.
  11. As with most of these things it's a combination of the two being at fault - Mowbray/Waggott & Venkys. Mowbray is an average football manager, set in his ways and either can't or won't change. He would never get us promoted within the current structure. This is eminently achievable however with the right manager, he simply isn't it. Waggott is clearly a chancer and will do whatever is needed to keep himself in situ and the paychecks rolling in. Venkys just don't give a shit. Mowbray/Waggott will have been popular with them over the last 5 years no doubt as they came to India when beckoned and meant they weren't bothered too much by us and just put in the minimum they needed to to keep us afloat.
  12. Nixon doesn't have a fucking clue whats going on, and in truth neither does the blancmange in a suit masquerading as our CEO. It'll all be window dressing by Pasha, via the blancmange, until the agency decide who their best candidate is. Rotten to the core
  13. This. I ignore them now, it's not even their fault. 12 yrs of gross incompetence and chancers infecting the club and atrophy was inevitable. Sad thing is this next appointment doesn't even matter, any decent manager will realise what he's dealing with and bugger off pretty quickly so the best we can hope for is a bang average Mowbray type.
  14. I'm not sure how people think Mowbray would be recommending anyone for the job and Venkys listen to him given the fact they've clearly cut off communication with the old goat.
  15. I'd wager that developing young players is the priority of the agency behind the scenes, don't be surprised if it's therefore the priority of the next clown in charge.
  16. Get your money on the chap with the lowest odds from the agency. That or someone who is already here. Or Mowbray of course
