  1. I’d be a tad disappointed if Johnson was fired off to be honest. He’s probably the one person who knows the younger players best from the U23 days. I also tend to think that Mowbray was jealous and wary of him for some reason.
  2. Talking of Rosen, it will be interesting to see if over the course of the season the players are prone to so many injuries. Personally i was convinced it was down to The training methods
  3. Building bridges (communication, transparency and approachability) with the fanbase would go a very long way for starters
  4. Welcome and good luck on this new adventure JDT, BR, GB. Looking forward to seeing you build the team. All we need to do now is get rid of the dross and hangers on .... You know who you are ... Maggott, Lowe, Benson!
  5. As i recall middlesbough,Sheffied wanted Lenihan last year? Maybe wrong there but seem to recall Bournmouth, Rangers had feelers out for Rothwell Lets be honest here though, Mowbray could of sold them
  6. Definitely in the championship, top ten in EFL league Name a club that lets their captain Go on a free? Their midfield playmaker run his contract down and go on a free? First choice rb run contract down to go on a free? To name just 3
  7. Yeah, driving around in his ferrari but unfit to train let alone play .... mr sicknote himself!
  8. Perhaps JDT has realised what he’s letting himself in for (the most badly run, dysfunctional club in the country) and now pondering whether it’s a good idea before it’s to late?
  9. If venkys don't react to this then something is seriously adrift It was said that venkys wont sell the club because in India it would be shameful making a loss. How shameful would it be to leta business totally collapse? Thats the way it’s heading!
  10. Don't like the new thread title! Makes it appear that maggott knows what he’s doing. When in fact, having spoken to all the potential victims who sussed the idiot out by the way, he’s managed by a fluke of a chance to stumble upon someone willing to take the position. Just like mowbray did, by fluke of a chance found a winning method.
  11. Rovers seeking advice of work permit ..... Bloody hell Chaddy! .... this is maggot and his crew we are talking about
  12. I’m sure Broughton has worked in english football before, Rushden Diamonds comes to mind
  13. So another example of their ineptitude, any business worth their salt would of researched their competitors beforehand TuT Tut Tut!
  14. Genuine question What is the end target for Venkys ... anyone know? Surely they must know the club has been on a steady decline for the last 12yrs? Surely if they are not taking note then there advisers are, they cant be that blind? I dont understand how any business can be content or afford to lose £10/20/30m every year and just stand their and watch ... So, what is their end target or agenda? It wont be long before theres more away fans then home fans on saturdays
  15. Rothwell, Lenihan & Nyambi going or already gone For what it will cost to replace these 3 players like for like we could of given free entry on match days, ewood would possibly be full to the rafters with a cracking atmosphere and they would recoup a little of lost revenue with pie, beer and extra merchandise sales, not to mention the potential of better larger, sponsorship deals and bringing in a new younger generation If we say sold 7000 season tickets @ £450 a pop we would generate a revenue of around £3,150,000 Not a great deal on the grand scheme of things when you think about it I’m by no means an accountant or businessman but bloody hell, if ONLY we had an HALF competent ceo and manager! We would of given the players a decent contract and the fans a decent ticket price
  16. Im neither under nor overwhelmed if JDT does arrive as the new manager, but best of luck to the chap and lets see if we can give it a good go.
  17. Even the people that decide have no clue either. The asylum doors are very much open
  18. Hopefully when the new manager is settled in, he and the dof chap can get rid of waggot and co
  19. At present i’m not planning to renew my ticket and neither are a few of my friends. We’re just thinking of going to walk on the day, my only concern is that we get out of the habit of going which to be honest i can see happening. But who knows, things change quickly in football apparently Anyone what the ticket sales figures are?
  20. Was he the chap that signed as spurs manager and bragged waving a ticket about coming on the tube, Alan Sugar next to him thinking wtf have i just done 😂
