Would love Danny Rohl, however if he is a no go the main target to me needs to be Gary O Neil or Lee Carsley. I want someone who can develop young players. Rob Edwards hasn't shown that. Ruddy needs to tie down contracts we are in a precarious position. I think keeping Weimann Batt Hyam and Hedges (only to sale for some value), is key. Thyrys just give him a 15k-20k a week contract he deserves it more than Arnor.

I think we need to calm down a little on the who ha. I would absolutely love for Eustace to stay and at the same time there is a mix reports about Eustace going. Where I listen to the interview he said he was happy, that he has had support and that he wants to discuss with the club to see what the future bring. If he goes, it would be a shame but he seems like he is a loyal guy. He has the chance to get to the premier league this year. Family or not that is something very hard to walk away from.

Listened to the sky sports video compared to BBC. The BBC sounds like he wanted out while the skysports one less so. To me he is looking for assurances and a new contract. Which either way he has deserved an extension for the work done. I would like to see that 40m used to renew contracts
