It was very poor. No speed on the ball as it came to him and he didn't create any, just a headed easy save for the keeper. Poor do. One of our better team performances in an away match this season, quite a feat considering: Watford were yards faster, physically stronger and possibly fitter. I didn't realise Hedges was playing until the penalty and Gueye was atrocious. However missing sitters never won any game. Cantwell is class not just luxury. Good point. We did have some decent chances. Hedges and Dolan produced tame shots which just about reached the keeper and that with their stronger foot and Yuki lost his sense of direction with his effort going wide. Sigurdsson, well all I'll say on him is that I prefer Dolan and Hedges

Beck was superb, Cantwell showed his class at times but he's not the fastest and got a look from Beck when he was chasing an attacker on the break. Swansea dominated possession and the middle third of the pitch. They have a game built of getting the ball to Grimes but didn't create the chances. They still had about 3 good chances to score but so had we with Weiman failing twice. He should have passed to Yuki, that was greedy.

Totally agree with the above. Pears kicks longer if it's done the standard way, the way we do it the 🏀 is too near his feet, he has no run up, under press and loses distance and accuracy, of which he has little anyway.
