Honestly, I don't see how anyone can decide what can be "not as bad" and pick and choose. For me, if you're going to make one thing legal (even alcohol) you should make everything legal. I understand 1864's arguements about the crime, but there are lots of things that cause crime we don't do anything about. Heck, let's ban marriage and relationships, because a lot of murders are done by someone wanting out.

Philip, I've also heard that traces of cocaine can be found on most larger denomination US bills.

I think a win helps get a first seed, too.

I would do it if it wasn't during 2006. Myself, and I'm sure many others, are saving our pennies for Germany. -

I like the "bring a friend for a discount" idea, but only if it was not ethnic specific. -

USA, the 6-pack is done usually in 10s by a lot of Hockey and Basketball teams over here (I think I mentioned it earlier). The Bruins (Hockey) are doing a limited number of $10 a game tickets only sold on the day of the game. The good part of that is that people who miss out on those will probably buy the regular priced ones, which start at near $20. -
Good take on it at the Manchester Buccanneers site HERE Jono Shea and Liam Miller are my favorite parts. "Keano slams Manchester team-mates I've been a Manchester fan for ages and Roy Keano has always been my favorite kicker. After what he said today, I only like him more! Keano ripped into part of the franchise's roster, claiming that they are not good enough at kicking to play for Manchester. It's not entirely surprising he said this though. Let's not forget this is the man who admitted deliberately hurting a team-mate - a member of Manchester's minor league side - during an exhibition game. His comments have been criticised and the interview was cut from the Official TV station MUTV (which stands for Manchester's Uber-Truth Vehicle). But have a look at who he criticises and I defy you to argue with him. Alan Smith This is the kicker that is supposed to replace Keano in the "holding" middleman position. The only things he has in common with the great man are a 50-year-old's name and a love of knee-high tackles. Jono Shea Pop says Shea burst on to the scene three years ago and looked like Denis Irwin. He still looks like Irwin now, but unfortunately, Irwin is 40. Keiran Richardson Keano reckons Richardson should have been sold to the Western Bromwiches when we had the chance and this is the one thing I don't agree with him on. Richardson played brilliantly for Britain as they beat Team USA. It's just that the useless Sir Fergie is playing him as a defenseman, whereas a good and popular coach like Sven Eriksson lists him as an offensive middleman. Liam Miller Remind me which one he is again. Darren Fletcher Sir Fergie loves him, constantly going on about how Fletcher is going to lead the new Manchester Empire. I can only assume it means he is going to be the manager of a concert venue. So it looks like Keano is only saying what long-term fans like me knows and Sir Fergie doesn't. Let's get the dream team of Keano and Sir Phelan to replace our ageing hairdresser head coach."

Tell me Clarice, do you still hear the lambs screaming? -
Though I think he's more referring to the fact that Owen said he wouldn't sign with them, sat down with Souness, then signed. Oh, and Liverpool could sure use his goals this season, but they turned down going for him.

Did you watch van Der Sar today? I was glad when United signed him because Howard will eventually have another top-flight run out before the World Cup. As for Brad, I don't see anyone talking about the incredible save he made towards the end.

RAF - Abbey's a guy. -
No, playing against United or Arsenal's youth squads would have been easier than against a pretty much full strength Charlton team. Unless they are kind and sit Murphy.

I'm hoping for one of the big guns next round. They tend to play their B teams in the earlier rounds. Better now than in the semis or final. -

I know off topic, but anyone else enjoying watching Danny Murphy pass the ball as much as I am? Hopefully Sven remains as oblivious as he was after the Spurs/Charlton match and leaves him out of the World Cup squad, or doesn't play him. -

So, no secret handshake? Damn! -
As a Libertarian, I've always looked (justified?) at a salary cap this way: Without all the other clubs in the league, there would be no Man Uniteds and no Chelseas. If only the teams that could afford it played each other, they'd be playing more matches against each other in a season than Rangers and Celtic do! As for Australia, no one forces the Rugby players to play in that league, do they? They can go to other countries and play...

Decided not to pay for my 3rd PPV in the last month or so, and now RR is TERRIBLE, as RAF said, keeps going in and out. After the red, though, might end up being glad to save the cash. -
Because they might come back full of confidence and have one of the greatest seasons by a keeper in Premiership history?

You should be shot. The poor dog. Like I always say when my wife talks about the cold (even she's smart enough not to put clothes on him), he has a fur coat. -
I just find it interesting that Colin ignores the FACT that the majority of Antartic ice is STOPPING a 6,000 year receeding trend and only focusing on a small area not even near 1% of the continent.
