  1. Yes and the problem we have as fans is, if we pick up a few decent points up to the end of the season, even playing poorly, Mowbray will think we're fine, and he'll start next season with more or less the same bunch of League 1/2 players and we'll be in a relegation fight from the off. Therefore we might be better getting a good stuffing today for the good of the club, longer term.
  2. Stoke are unbeaten in 8. W 1 D 7 L 0 If they score first, I can't see us getting anything from this.
  3. Deserved a point ? We were comprehensively outclassed for long periods of the game, we got what we deserved, nowt.
  4. Ah it's moved to 39 now, unless someone else has just voted ?
  5. I voted 10 mins ago but the numbers didn't seem to move, so I tried again and nothing again. I had just woken from a snooze on the settee, so It could be me, but I don't think so.
  6. QPR 0 Bolton 2 Blimey and they haven't been paid this week, must have some team spirit.
  7. Funnily enough it was against Brentford, then managed by the now Villa manager Dean Smith.
  8. If Rovers continue making losses at the present rate, then they could be in the same position of being deducted points in the not too distant future. No doubt the powers that be down at Ewood will be hoping Bradley gets back to his best and starts to bang a few goals in, before the end of the season, They might possibly get £10m for him if that happens, can't see anyone else in the squad atm who will bring in any significant funds.
  9. Weren't Preston about 12 points behind us not long ago ? Now 10 points ahead and up to 7th, proper manager in charge there.
  10. 4-1 The only consolation, Dingles losing at home to 10 man Leicester.
  11. Talksport reporter just described him as Blackburn's outstanding player.
  12. Well that's pretty nasty, I reckon he'll get a lifetime ban and a short spell in prison, maybe 28 days. Not quite as bad as the incident at Ewood 40 + years ago, when a fan ran on and punched the QPR keeper flat to the ground, I think he was their reserve keeper and he was playing out of his skin on the night, Rovers were well on top, but could get nothing past him. I don't remember the incident being picked up much by the national media as no tv cameras at the ground in those days.
  13. Our last 16 games : W 4 D 3 L 9 = 15 points from 48 Wigan currently 1-1 at Reading, bad tempered affair with both managers' at each others throats, I wonder whether our Tony will join in on Tuesday if it kicks off then, I have my doubts, he's too easy going, just like his players.
  14. Double his wages and give him a decent budget and he'd be here like a shot.
  15. Sounds like they managed the game perfectly then, 3 points is all that matters at this stage for them.
