The referee doesnt have to overturn the decision, Rovers can appeal. Neill's suspension doesnt kick in for a week as it was for cumulative yellows, but it cannot be appealed. Todd's kicks in straight away, but can be appealed under the fast track system.

The second line is amazingly contradictory considering the first. Emerton has been @#/? for us since his debut, there have been the odd decent ball, the odd decent shot, but nothing anywhere near the standard expected, nay demanded by fans of top flight football.
