Which is that anyone can move anytime into an empty seat. Only after the renewal deadline (the one in the summer - not April) has come and gone can you move into a seat held by a ST holder for 05/06.

Presuming Wigan get 21000 for each of their last 3 games (and I think thats being generous) we will do this. Liverpool and City will both be 26k+ which means as long as we get 21k or so for Chelsea we'll do it.
