Been trying not to post but here goes.... Really feel for JDT and the players as I've been exposed to a toxic work enviroment myself. Doesn't matter if you're a football pro or a hairdresser, you still go to work and starting every day with doom and gloom is not good for..well...anything. It always starts at the top. My favourite quote on this is (source unknown and freely translated): Shit don't drip upwards. And the Raos are like diarrhea in this scenario. All you need is one rotten apple at the top and the rest is more or less hostages. How anyone can believe players, coaches, admins and fans can operate in a normal manner is beyond my understanding. It's been repeated ad nauseum but it will be worth saying every day untill they're gone from the club: VENKYS OUT!

I’m so disillusioned with the club these days that everything feels like a chore. Transfer window excitement is obviously something from the past and it just feels like the club is distancing it self from the fans. I hope I’m wrong and this is all part of some brilliant plan but I just don’t see it. So. Todays chore (because I can’t help myself) is sitting down with the missus and Buddy (dog) and try to enjoy the game as I’ve already paid for a full season on Rovers TV. Just hope I bought enough beer so I can focus on the game and not if JDT is gone after the game. Hoping for a win - expecting a draw. Despite all the shite these days: COYB!!
