I think we should be relatively satisfied with 4 points as anything less would have been disappointing and anything more a bonus, as Arsenal and Chelsea were in the fixtures.

Thought we started well and we controlled the first half, but second half was all City. We should be happy with the point as neither side had the cutting edge. Nelsen back and again put in an immense performance. Tugay and Sav looked good in the middle. MGP was woeful in the first half, improved a little in the second, but defended well all day. Reid was ineffective at right wing. Delighted to see Thommo back. I think we have got 4 point out of this little patch of 3 games now, another point at Arsenal would do us real good.

Cant see them both starting. Emo looked to come off with a slight injury. Add that to jet lag and barely any sleep then you cant have two players playing on the right side both much less than 100% ready. Id possibly start with Neill, or move Zurab right back and Nelsen and Todd can play in the middle. I think we have the squad to cope.

Dont forget Wigans next 6 games are extremely difficult games whereas if they pick up 3-4 points, they should be happy, so they needed this run. But, it shows that outside the top 5-6 teams, Wigan have beaten most teams in the division and after confirming survival, if they do, should be looking for a top 10 finish with the start that they have had, unless they come undone big time.
