Anybody know who this is?

Sign him up!! -
I had a season ticket back then and don't remember that bit! (Not saying it didn't happen)
-
And presumably they'd take more money if they went down the cheap tickets option when you take into account food/drink sales. This should be a tenner for adults and a quid for kids. Capitalise on our decent start to the season and get a reasonable attendance. Still the school summer holidays - so no concern of school the next day for those of us with young kids wanting to go.

Tracking our (outbound) loan players 24/25

. Dilan Markanday 9 Only signed on Thursday but he went straight into the line-up and he gave a very tasty performance in his first 55 minutes before being withdrawn to save his legs. Grabbed two assists from corners and was unlucky not to score himself. He ran circles around Crewe and it looked like he had been playing in this team for years. The ball was stuck to his foot at times as he dribbled his way out of tight spaces. Very exciting debut. More, please. -

John Eustace - our head coach

Who do they think they are? 😂 If he goes - maybe we should add Guardiola to our shortlist to replace him (I realise this isn't quite the same, but you get my point) -
He looked really pumped up just before kick off. Top class performance. It felt like Tronstad and Travis could be a very good pairing.

Sam Szmodics-Your thoughts?

SWBy my calculations (and I have been drinking), we've scored 13 goals in our last 13 games of the season. He's scored 10 of them and got 1 assist. Absolutely ridiculous. -

I can't remember a Rovers player single handedly carrying a team like he has this season. If you'd have told me at the start of the season he would score 33 goals this season - top scorer in the Championship and FA Cup - in a team that avoided relegation on the last day of the season - I'd have laughed in your face. The man has been sensational. If he choses to take a chance in the Premier League this summer, then good luck to him. It'd take some of the shine off if he went to another Championship club or the likes of Celtic, but I'd not begrudge him taking a final pay day and the chance of Premier League football if he choses to. I've found it hard to like many Rovers players in the last 15 or so years. Dack was good but this lad is something else. Genuinely seems to enjoy playing here, never stops running and a real character. Matt Elliott (I think) compared him with Craig Bellamy today. I think that's a fair comparison (especially his goals today) and that's huge praise indeed. -

"In the first half we were well in the game and bounced back from an early goal and showed great character" Does he get a bonus for saying 'great character' in every post-match interview? Bellend. -
Adam Wharton, perhaps the brightest of the hugely promising generation brought through by Tony Mowbray at Blackburn. Not sure how much praise Mowbray deserves for this one.

https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/news/24219371.preston-burglar-barged-home-pulled-knife-victim/ When I first heard this story on the radio I thought JDT had really gone off the rails since his departure. -

Changed my stance. I'm definitely in the 'Eustace Out' camp. Seen enough already. -

This is a belter..... "Leo came in and I thought was very good tonight" "He had very limited things to do, just the goal probably" -

Picture the scene. It's late on in a game you need to win. Your main striker is not only not much of a goal threat but he's also playing poorly. You look across the bench and see a fourth division German striker grinning at you... desperate to get on. You have an idea. Let's put the American lad we signed on a permanent deal on transfer deadline day. Then you remember that we cancelled the deal so we could get him on loan instead. Then you remember we forgot how to complete a transfer. Again. Dilan, you're on. -

Not sure how to break it to you about A. Wharton. -
Biting my tongue at this stage as I'll look ridiculous if he turns it round.... But far from impressed so far.
