  1. Not straightforward if Mowbray doesn’t know his playing budget. We’re not gonna have long to get our sh*t together at this rate, are we.
  2. Looking again at the list, you’d imagine it’ll be at least one of Arma, Travis or Lenihan sold to ‘pay the bills’ ahead of next season. As I say, Nyambe won’t fetch much with a year left and nobody is taking a risk on Dack yet.
  3. Nyambe’s off for peanuts soon unless we can tempt him with a new contract. If I were him I’d be getting my agent to start engaging with new clubs - he’s hardly had the best treatment by TM.
  4. He’ll do it to another player like Reed in the future too if given the chance. I’m sure of it. To think ‘he didn’t know the position’ in comparison to Richie Smallwood. Jesus Christ.
  5. Summer 2019 - Sold Raya, no replacement comes in. Summer 2020 - Hope Raya gets promoted or sold (again), so we can get a replacement in. The world of Blackburn Rovers ladies and gents.
  6. Believe so. Probably where the rumours are coming from.
  7. It’s a close run thing. Both have hands made of poppadoms.
  8. Probably rollocks, but Tony’s dropped a big one either way: https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/12222563/arsenal-city-summer-transfer-brentford-raya/
  9. I’d even take Walton over Steele and I think he’s bloody useless!
  10. Not that he’s pulled up any trees but I wouldn’t be too confident of Holtby being here next season either. Judging by his Instagram, his missus lives in Germany and he’s delighted to be back there following the end of the season. Seems a bit Bradley Johnson to me - one foot in, hotel job, not overly committed.
  11. Shipping 23 in the process. Simply not good enough yet he trots out the same garbage week on week which the LET etc all eat up.
  12. What’s your bank balance look like Rev?
  13. I like Armstrong but I’d wager he won’t score as many next season. He won’t score that many from outside the box again, that’s for sure. So unless TM plays him up top (shock horror) I can see him regressing goals wise. If he’s still here that is.
  14. It’s happened again with that Sunderland keeper. I’ve no idea if he’d have been good enough - his CV suggested not - but it’s another case of the one that got away.
  15. Jeez, your fishing rod is out big time.
  16. Feel sorry for the club but delighted to see Cooky upset. What a twat that bloke is.
  17. He doesn’t even look bothered though, which is the icing on the cake for me. Blatantly because he answers to no bugger - it’s his job for as long as he wants it, and he’s riding the wave.
  18. I guarantee Mowbray wouldn’t have been involved. Too busy planning how to spend his pension pot that’s ever growing.
  19. 23 conceded in 11. 3 wins in 13. Absolutely zero passion on the touch line. It’s time, Tony. It’s time. Please.
  20. One can only hope that he’s considering jacking it in if he can’t get through to Pune. Wishful thinking I know.
  21. 23 conceded in 11 games. 3 wins in 13. It just isn’t good enough. Far from it. Why should he keep his job?
  22. Sorry but this is unacceptable.
  23. 3 out of 13 by the way. Relegation form - or thereabouts - if kept up next season.
  24. If we don’t win this, won’t it be roughly 2-3 wins in about 13? Terrible.
  25. This will no doubt be the drivel that TM will spin the loons once their phone line finally connects again.
