  1. Travis finally takes a dig. They ain’t all that if we actually have a go and close them down.
  2. He shouldn’t have been able to get it away! Fecking embarrassing.
  3. For fuck sake. The closing down has been the worse I’ve seen in my Rovers following days. Non existent. Pathetic.
  4. Most blatant red you will ever see. What the feck was he doing?
  5. Lenihan lowers his asking price by a good couple of million there. Horrendous foul - should have been red. We’d be going mad shoe on the other foot.
  6. Are we going to close shots down, or just let them shoot on the edge of the area? FFS.
  7. Yep - they are targeting him big time: down their left every, single, time. Why on earth is he starting over Nyambe?
  8. Jesus Christ we have started pathetically. Can’t get near them.
  9. If we can put out a similar team to the last 4 matches then I fancy us to frustrate them - could see a 2-2 or similar. If Lenihan and one or two other key men are out then it could be a hiding.
  10. Jeez, how in God’s name as he deserved that? Sure it wasn’t ‘social media apprentice of the year’?
  11. Touché. Agreed, the more you read it the more it sounds ominous. This talk of Williams partnering him next season is very premature and shortsighted for me. If you could pair Lenihan with another commanding, aerial centre half then we may actually be onto something with a few other shrewd additions. If Williams keeps this form up until season end then I’d definitely look to keep him as a squad man - CB only though (terrible left back!).
  12. Looks like I’m not the only negative bugger on here then which is fantastic!
  13. Me too. His twitter post yesterday (text below) seemed to have a hint of 'I could be off' but I'm blatantly reading too much into it. I could definitely see a top Championship club coming in for him - as others have suggested, the promise of the armband and a decent CB partner may go someway to convincing him to give it another year. 'Proud moment today captaining the team that gave me a chance to be a professional footballer. Will always be grateful for the opportunity and to get the win and clean sheet made it the perfect day'
  14. Serves him right for giving it the biggun on here more than once!
  15. Hmmm yet he needs to see the V’s to see ‘what their ambitions are’.
  16. Mowbray needs to realise that Bennett is an ok squad man, but absolutely no more. Very, very average jack of all trades.
  17. Good to see us winning again but very frustrating to see Bennett on for Buckley or another of the young lads. Ton just can’t help himself.
  18. Yep. We’ve only scored in the first half at home 5 or 6 times in 21 games. Today is surely the day to come out firing - especially off the back of 3 wins.
  19. Or Bennett, or Williams pre-CB run?
  20. Good win - should have been by a heck of a lot more. Rub it in the Trotters wounds on Monday and then get some of the young lads on.
  21. Yep. The strikers head beat his leap and arms. Pitiful.
  22. Awful from Jason. Here we go...4 mins to hold on after being ridiculously comfortable.
  23. Graham header almost went in. Could be 5. We’re playing bloody well - they are terrible defensively.
