  1. Forget what I said earlier Bucky Rover, Ive just found out shops in my home Town are selling since yesterday Pro for £30. Never ever am I pre-ordering games again as you just end up getting them for the same price at a later date!
  2. It's vitally important. If we lose this that will be 3 losses in a row with games in the league against Villa, Spurs and utd to come. Those 3 are probably aside from Chelsea, Bolton and Arsenal the 3 teams you wouldn't want to face right now...so Sunday really is a huge game.
  3. But you'l save nigh on 8 quid won't you? I knwo what you mean though-my Amazon Pro has yeah to be despatched.
  4. A solution to our central midfield yes, but we'd be screwed on right wing until Reid (who was never that great there) comes back. And also why move Bentley when he's finally found some form after all these years? Apparently Nonda and MGP have gone off injured Edit: Sorry Le Chuck just read it properly and seen that you agree that it's a gamble switching Bentley! Double Edit 2-0.You can't play a high line against Kalou and Robben especially with our pace at the back.
  5. I stand corrected!
  6. OPretty sure Flowers never got near to a Cantona pen-I could be wrong though?
  7. I think Pedersen too would be best. But I dread the outcome if he missed...he'd get lynched!
  8. I think it's important-despite it being an opportunity to rest a few players-that we don't get stuck in a losing streak. We have four very tricky fixtures in the league to come up so it's imperative that morale in the squad is high. Oh and how great would it be to beat Chelsea and to see Jose declaring that they didn't want to win it anyway?
  9. Isn't Upton a bogie ground for us? And also despite us being so hard to beat under Hughes were always the team to play when you need to break a duck, so like many others despite them not scoring for over 11 hours: West Ham 2 Tevez, Harewood Rovers 1 Nonda
  10. Sky sports believe that Neil has turned down another new contract.
  11. Dont know how true it is but the mirror says that Sav is out for a month and where as I wouldn't usually believe them they broke the Nelsen story first.
  12. Cheers Cocker, I'm pretty useless with Comps obviously. I think that due to the demand on the si games forums that the patch should be out sooner rather than later.
  13. I hope the new patch does come out soon. It's indeed a quality game but like people are saying-certain bugs are really annoying and take the gloss off a fine game. Just a quick question, I play footie man on my laptop-which has no internet connection...so basically what could I do to get the patch on my laptop when it does come out without installing internet software?
  14. I can only echo the comments on Neils marking. After the way Liverpool scored against us last weekend you would like to have thought that was the one way that we wouldn't have conceded in this match. Unfortunately for us the four major turning points went against us-and when this happens lady luck really isn't on your side! On a sidenote how do people think Nonda is settling in for us?
  15. Gutted We're going to need to start scoring more goals this season if we are to achieve last seasons position (to point out the obvious)....God knows how low Roberts' morale is going to be now. Shall we try and resign Dickov for penalties only? Oh how I hate Bolton.
  16. Ive been getting loads of injuries with Rovers too...Savage for two months, Bentley two months, Roberts constantly has a virus or something!! Im doing okay, played 5 won two, drew two and lost one....with the highlight being a win at old trafford. I got Warnock in on loan, Tottenhams Korean left back and Hedwiges Maduro from Ajax...also have Figo coming in Jan. Overall though it looks a quality game and my social life looks like taking a major nosedive!
  17. I should really have asked this question before I ordered shouldn't I...ah well good things come to those who wait
  18. Has anybody ordered games off amazon before? Little anoyed that the games already out and Mines still awaiting to be dispatched
  19. Two of our first names on the team sheet wiped out until Feb at the earliest. We really, really need to avoid injuries to the midfield now. Blooming hell, Dhorosoo anyone? Get well soon Reidy!
  20. He's done it twice now, once for the under 21's and last season for Newcastle where he got sent off. You've gotta feel for him at Newcastle-getting kept out of the first 11 by Craig Moore and Titus Bramble is enough to wreck any young lads career!!
  21. I'd be extremely annoyed and at a loss to explain why if Lucas did join Newcastle. Duff, Owen, Emre etc will no doubt be regretting their moves North, and I'm confident that Neill would join them in his evaluation. I said to my mates at the start of the season that Roeder would be gone by the end of the campaign, and I still think that I'll be proved right....that job is cursed!
  22. Pretty sure that it was Emerton who left Bellers and not Ooijer...I could be wrong?
  23. I don't see how we can be conservative in their use though? (aside from resting them in Carling Cup games etc). Our only real other option is to play Mokoena...I hope that the signing of a central midfielder in January will not be too late. I would like to think however that Hughes believes he has options, because where as most of us thought that we were short in that department he obviously didn't.
  24. Thing is, Ryan's not only coming back from this injury-but he also broke his leg at Charlton didn't he? Only a small break-but still a break. Sorry for being pessimistic here, but it may take quite some time-if ever-before we see the Admiral back to his best.
  25. It's becoming ludicrous that players are having to fly so far for midweek games and then expected to play on the Saturday. Benny Mac has the right idea! Remember this time last year we were saying that we'd never win at OT...and we did. Liverpool 1 Rovers 2
