  1. On one hand I too want some sort of fecking apology from the club via a statement. On the other, what's the point? It'll just be apologetic nonsense, pointing the finger at the big bad EFL which will be swallowed up by Chaddy & co. "We go again in the summer, get behind the lads" bla bla bla b*llocks.
  2. My only prayer is that those t*ssers in India finally do one and take this tin pot administration with them. An utter shambles which continues to disgrace this once proud club.
  3. Absolutely fuming with this and once again despondent with my club. Done with it all; there's never a shred of optimism to cling onto.
  4. "Blocked" is an odd choice of word if it's completely over. If it is over, I wonder if we'll get a club statement, or if they'll just hope the local rag report on it.
  5. They have committed to 24 players and have until 3pm today to submit the full 25 list. They want to register Ayew by the sounds of it. So they're either hopeful about O'Brien moving to us or don't care if he sits on the sidelines for six months.
  6. We need Evangelos Marinakis to throw some £ the EFL's way here.
  7. Probably includes Waggott’s mug stains, but this is progress.
  8. That's the geezer who gets off far too lightly around here. He's the one with the remotest bit of power to create change you would imagine.
  9. Sounds like chelsea sabotaged that one for some unknown reason. Probably too concerned with getting Enzo over the line.
  10. I mean, I don't usually trust Nicko but he'll be bang on here. Forest weren't going to stitch up one of their own players by making him play with the u'23s for six months, plus they've done about 100 deals in the past two windows. Our tin pot administration has struck once again.
  11. Maja last year, O’Brien this. We struggle to attract players as it is, but if they’re not already, then agents and players are gonna be talking about how much of a basket case we are.
  12. Just more excuses. The bloke was having his medical early evening. We just move at a glacial pace unless the player is going the other way out of the door.
  13. What’s the betting this young lad goes through but O’Brien falls through?
  14. There is zero reason for the O’Brien deal not to have happened. Wasn’t he having his medical late afternoon?! All fingers will quite rightly point to our sheer incompetence if we didn’t get that one done. Once again.
  15. That’s me done for the season if we’ve been this negligent / downright f*cling incompetent, with getting at a minimum, O’Brien over the line. Our club, under ‘this lot’, never ever ceases to amaze me.
  16. You would imagine that a link would have surfaced by now…so I would assume no.
  17. I don’t even know who the bloke is, but I’ve been waiting for the move to break down all day. It’s the Rovers way under this lot.
  18. Surely JDT will be off in the summer if true. How on earth could he/we compete?
  19. So happy for JRC. I know he was a gluten for punishment on social media, so only fair he deserves the plaudits for his continued turn around in form.
  20. Yep Romano has spoken. Signed and sealed.
  21. There's your answer. We don't like buying those kind of players.
  22. According to Sharpe it's a straight loan. No buy options.
  23. Loan without an option is a very frustrating one. He could rip up trees here and we'll then very likely not be able to afford him come the summer.
  24. Andy Bayes said exactly this to JDT in the build up to the weekend and it caught him off guard. Tried saying, we often end games with much less experience on the pitch, injuries etc. etc. etc.
  25. Yet he never seems to play our best prospect in A Wharton (appreciate he was injured yesterday). There’s zero reason as to why he shouldn’t be starting - when fit - for a while.
