I think the next manager should be a guy on the up or a proven track record of delivering.. Adkins / Hughes etc are managers on a decline.. sorry to keep harping on about him but the Barnsley manager has worked wonders with what is essentially a league 1 team, has them playing good football, a proper identity... Pearson again proven track record, would put a rocket up back sides although may upset the cart a little?!

Couldn't find a thread where we could speculate / discuss who would / could take over from Tony. Goes without saying we have to upgrade and thats dependant on who we could get.. The obvious candidate is Bilic but I would also seriously consider Pearson. Actually Pearson would probably be my preferred candidate.

Yes agreed me too.. loving how passionate he is.. would be happy to keep him on as a coach as can imagine he's very influential in the dressing room
