Poku is one that really excites me. Watched the extended highlights of there game at the weekend and listened to a podcast from a Peterborough insider abit like our are et labore one. I echo everyone else’s sentiments to sammy. Thoroughly enjoyed watching him play. He’s a credit to himself and the badge and I wish him nothing but future success. So as side question, has sammy evolved to club legend status ? id imagine the younger fans would say yes with the limited players we have had and the leagues we’ve been in but how do you old fogys feel 😂

It wasn’t just last night, he dragged a few against derby. I’m only judging him on what I’ve seen with me own eyes and it’s to early to say either way if he’s going to be good enough, but the fact fans of his previous clubs all said what I am now seeing make me concerned . Like I say , I’m delighted with his overall contribution, and I hope I’m wrong about his finishing

Brilliant start to the season so far, I’m just really concerned with makhtars shooting. The rest of his game is exactly what we have been missing but some of the shooting has not just been poor , but amateur level shooting. It’s still early and he could be rusty but I have this niggling concern he might not be the answer we need. Of course he will always be a useful addition to the squad but so far from what I’ve seen he isn’t going to be prolific over To you Makhtar to make me look stupid

Don’t kid yourselves . Carvalho is a top quality player . It might have not worked at Liverpool but I can guarantee he starts at every club in our league. He is young but he will find his place in a team and turn out to be a very good player

Just seen that Burnley, mission to something or other , the documentary is in sky now, season two. Obviously swerved the first one after what they did in their championship season but this could be quite enjoyable viewing as they tank out the league. Just thought I’d throw it out there for anyone interested. Hate to say it but they looked good that first half and there bench would all start for us.
