Dean Sullivan, better known as Jimmy Corkhill from Brookside, has also died in his 60s today. He was seeing a woman from Darwen back in the day, he could often be found in the pubs up Bolton Road. RIP

It’s a miracle he made it as far as 65 tbf. I saw him support The Jam in 1978 with his band The Nips (full name, The Nipple Erectors). RIP Shane
