  13. Has anyone listened to the new Noel Gallagher album, Council Skies, yet? I’m going to give it a spin today. I like the first couple of Oasis albums but have always been a bit underwhelmed by both of the Gallagher brothers ever since. I’ve heard that this new one is a bit better though. And the front cover features a photo of what used to be the centre circle at Maine Road.
  14. Brad Friedel at Arsenal in a 2-1 victory in 2002. He made save after save after save that day against arguably the best team in the league. Special mention of his performance in the League Cup final earlier that same year too. Many Tugay moments already mentioned but one that doesn’t seem to have been put forward so far was Yakubu’s four goal haul against Swansea in about 2009 or 2010. Even Shearer didn’t manage to do that for us in one game.
