I wish we had sold Gallagher. How many chances does he get to ‘turn it around?’. So so poor today. -

Hedges is the most inconsistent player I can remember. Liability today. -

Typical. Ran the game. Miss 5/6 chances. They score. -

Nobody mentioning Gilsennan for this on? I would like to see him get another game after his first round exploits. -

I threw my toys out of the pram at 2-0. Would never have come back from that last year, great progress. Thought Ennis looked really sharp. -

Game over. Move on. Lots and lots of work to do this transfer window. We are a long way short of a squad capable of competing in this division. -

That is nail on the head. So frustrating as have players playing above their level with a bloody good manager. If they dared back him with a couple of quality additions we would be a really good team. -

Worst case scenario is Spurs take all summer to hire Slot with Levy playing hardball. We are then up against it to find a replacement late in the summer. You would have to imagine that the plan would be to replace JDT with a like for like, therefore recruitment can continue as planned. Like some other posters, whilst it makes sense on paper, I do think it would pose a risk for Feyenord to hire JDT. Would be a dream move for him though. I wonder what the compensation would be? -

Trinidad Rover loves this - he is still a legend back home. Along with the prince of Port of Spain (Brian Lara) our most famous sporting son. -
Dilan Markanday.. potential talent or ?
Trinidad Rover replied to NeilInBristol's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
Feel for him as the move to Rovers has been nothing short of a nightmare. At the time this seemed like an exciting signing as he was getting rave reviews from Spurs and if I recall they had offered him a new contract. Clearly talented but at 22 in a few months I'm struggling to see how he gets into our XI, especially when JDT doesn't seem to rate him. I saw him live at West Ham in the League cup and he missed a sitter early on. Looked totally shot of confidence and didn5't make any impact in that game (a game where Jack Vale scored......). -
Pears/ Kaminski.. summer plans?
Trinidad Rover replied to NeilInBristol's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
Kaminski should start, from tomorrow. Pears has done a good job but in my opinion, Kaminski is a better goalkeeper and has been over a longer period. Has better pedigree too when we come to flog him. -
Has Dan Butterworth done anything on his loan? Not heard a peep - totally forgot about him.

Biggest game we have had for a long long time. What an achievement it would be to reach the semi final. From a financial perspective this is also massive. Obviously wish we were playing this at Ewood but we do seem to have the form at the moment, including recently beating them. The win last night was massive as it a) provides momentum and confidence b) takes the pressure off a bit I imagine he will go with the team that started last night, hard to argue for any changes with perhaps Dolan being unlucky. Fantastic effort for us to sell so many tickets. On the cusp of something really special, its nice to have some pride in the team again. Let's hope the story continues and the players give it their all. Could go a long way to announcing Rovers are back!

I would put JRC in there and play Brittain at RB. Hopefully the players who could get that spot see the opportunity to get a run, put a shift in and grasp it
