I think there is an important difference between the situation JDT walked into vs Eustace. JDT was promised funds for the 'project' and that summer he got some. The rug was then pulled from under him and the taps completely turned off - that's when he offered to resign. What he was promised vs what he got were different and he rightly call the club out on it. Eustace likely walked into a situation knowing there was sod all to spend and so it comes to fruition. He therefore has less room to whinge. Regardless - the fact Venkys continue to invest nothing is the bottom line. Eustace is ambitious and will likely leave. We will slide down the league and squander another top 6 opportunity, for what, the 3rd time? Rovers under Venkys is PURGATORY.

Of all the names mentioned I would love BBD and Cornet. But then this is Venkys so my expectations are tempered after the last 3 January windows.
