  1. Whether it was pornhub or Rovers transfer news, Mike was watching a shafting.
  2. And played with a bit of pride. What he lacked in natural ability he made up for in work rate. Man Utd fans had a snobby attitude to McTominay but he's what they need and is the complete opposite of what they've filled their squad with. Maybe his reputation suffered from being paired with Fred for so long. Wasn't an inspiring partnership.
  3. No idea. Maybe not. But a £70m + striker not taking one of the first 9 penalties against a league 2 club is embarrassing.
  4. Did anyone notice sesko was 10th penalty taker last night? Either the guy has has put himself there or the coaching staff put him last. Either way not a ringing endorsement of your big money striker.
  5. May we all take a moment to laugh at Man utd fans
  6. I agree with this. The authorities should have stepped in when there was a stink of agents running the club. They should also be keeping a watchful eye on the court case situation but as yet we've not defaulted on anything. The fact that they keep pulling the rug from underneath anyone who gets within a sniff of 6th spot is just bad business but not illegal. The EFL can't come along and demand more of the Adam Wharton money be spent on transfers.
  7. But his alternative options as a footballer is possibly dropping down to league 1 and becoming a lower league journeyman. Cash in whilst he can.
  8. If you tried to pull out of a challenge and still raked down his legs like that then you are not in control of the challenge.
  9. Tell you what, I really like Slot, his post match interviews are quite interesting to listen to.
  10. Presumably not in venky era?
  11. Its one thing to push for a move but it gets to a point that as the buying club I'd not want that kind of character round the place for fear that he'll just down tools at any given moment. Of course as Rovers fans it would be a novelty if there was a player willing to go on strike to join us.
  12. Apologies I've probably missed it but when is the podcast due to air?
  13. I completely forgot we even signed Mafoumbi.
  14. Credit to you for bringing some recent examples.
  15. Couldn't give you any more precision than "forward". But I think he'll be remembered as a great finisher. I know a lot of Liverpool fans, unfortunately, who said that on his day Jota was a better finisher than Salah. If you get a key chance in the 90+ who would you want on the end of it - they said Jota over salah (they said this before he died, its not some post death bias creeping in).
  16. Online submissions - fairly instant a day or so to process Paper forms posted in - a week or more. The last couple of terminations were done electronically. Silvestre was terminated on 4th April but companies house not updated till 8th May
  17. I assume his contract wasn't terminated effective immediately and he is on some form of notice period / gardening leave so whilst not actively part of the club is still technically a director?
  18. Absolutely mad. Looked like a really nice guy, recently married and leaves 3 little kids behind.
  19. How long till the "Wharton and Carter are like new signings" gets trotted out by the club?
  20. But the point is if their mates and peers don't know they're failing to run the club now, they're not going to suddenly know they've been fucking the club for 15 years if they quietly sold it. If their £200m loss making machine is an irrelevance now, is it suddenly going to be front page news if they quietly just cut it loose. I doubt it.
  21. I don't buy this one. They own a club where the fans all hate them, makes huge losses and they're currently barred from subsidising said losses and the club has never been ranked higher than the day they bought it. If they've not lost face / reputation by now and don't think selling up will do anything
