It's nice to watch a game not stop every 5 mins to get the physio on. Barely seen the physios this tournament

Wasn't that arsed about the tournament- watched bits and pieces, wish them well etc. But then it was a final against Germany and things became more interesting.

I'd find it interesting if we spent all that money but didn't replace Gallagher!
Yeah interesting use of the 'fingers crossed' and gally still on the pitch

Hopefully there is some far better coaching going on now.
The last guy apparently didn't believe in tactics, formations or positions so what they spent all week doing down at Brockhall I don't know.
Nor did they practice set pieces

Is it a squad capable of picking up wins in the short term before we make anymore signings?Yes in my opinion
That's the key for me. Can we get by for 5 or 6 games? Absolutely. If the squad looks like this at the end of the window that of course its time to worry. I'd have liked more signings by now so I'm disappointed but I'm not at the stage where I'll be writing off GB and JDT, it's not panic stations yet.
I'll give them a free pass for this window, they started late, didn't know the squad, new to the league etc hopefully with a bit of a run up the next windows will be more productive. If not, then we can start the slating.

Watched the first half and bits and pieces of the second half, it's the first bit of ladies football I've watched for a good decade and have to say i was very impressed how far its come along in 10-15.
Goalkeeping needs worked on though. 3 of our 4 goals shouldn't have gone in and from what i hear its fairly common across the game. 1st goal was a beauty though!

I was quite alarmed regarding how little he appeared to know about the journey the fans have been on. If this is the truth/reality i'm not too sure yet.
That surely needs to be a action on waggot to go away and educate himself on that era. How can he beging to win fans over and get bums on seats if he doesn't understand the reason they're staying away?

Call me simple but ever since I started watching football, I never understood why it wasn't

Morton is way ahead of Clarkson at Liverpool, he's had a few games with the first team and wasn't too bad but clearly the business end of the premiership / champions league is not his level yet. I think championship will be a good tester for him.

If its not too late, don't bother wasting your time and thank me for 5 minutes of your life back.

Lol, waggot probably thought he'd spoken to someone who'd won a competition and then spent the rest of the day a bit miffed that a fan who'd requested a meeting with him to ask some hard hitting questions didn't bother turning up.

Sharpe saying that signing Brittain will open the door for Brown to go out on loan. Surely having him as back up RB is a better move for the club? JRCs natural position is further forward so I'd rather see him given a few minutes further up the pitch and used as emergency 3rd choice RB (maybe even 4th behind Carter)

@chaddyrovers please don't tell us you've fallen for the Waggott and not telling everyone what he says and you believed every word he said?!
C'mon. You know as well as I do that waggot just jangled his keys and gave him a colouring book for a couple of hours.

Bodies is what we need tbh. Square pegs in round holes would be an improvement right now because atleast we'd have some pegs.

Heard whispers from a couple of places now that Venky’s have decided that enough is enough in terms of subsidising monthly losses, and the cheques won’t be coming.
Perhaps they should have thought of that before they bought a football club without any knowledge of running a football club and then dismantling the infrastructure that kept it punching way above its weight.

Am I right in thinking that the unhappy dack theory came from one guy in the crowd who basically said that dack didn't wave to him?
