He'd be starting for me ahead of Dolan or Cantwell- once he gets motoring he'll be a massive asset. Shame on Buckley with the concussion too, I thought he was really beginning to capture a bit of form. Perhaps the biggest loss for us has been Batth though. He's been immense this season, genuinely can't recall him putting a foot wrong and has popped up at vital times at the other end of the pitch with goals and assists. We need to be looking for players of his ilk but younger.. The team largely picks itself in my opinion.. We may see a Hedges in there.. There all big games now, Derby are really poor, so I'm going 3-0 Derby!

Every game I've seen him Foreshaw has been sloppy.. The game against Plymouth (I think) he played a short backpass that almost led to a goal.. No disrespect but I'd rather given an academy lad a go...

Woefully short in centre mid... Signing a Foreshaw instead of an O'Brien will be the difference I think.. Happy to be proven wrong but even at his peak he wasn't great..

Trondstadt and Travis both remaining fit will be pivotal to any success in the latter part of this season.. We have been crying out for a Rothwell replacement since we lost him.. Might as well just play him at this point.. Bucko is a much better player than Forshaw. He almost cost us a goal against Plymouth with a shit back-pass. Nothing in his performance made me think he deserved to start the next game... Carter needs to come back in and the new lads now.

Do you not think they'd be interested? I think our current squad is right up their street.. They're modus operandi is squeezing the most out of teams.. They've bags of experience and have coaches beneath them that would run the training. Their people skills would see us into the play-offs...

I think if we had the squad we have now from the beginning of the season we're in the picture for top 3. Defensively, especially with Carter back, Brittain in top form and two of the EPL's best left backs our defence is now enviable. Pears still puts the shitters on me though.. Travis and Trondstadt are brilliant- Buckley is reborn. I still would have loved a ball carrying centre mid in the mould of Rothwell though.. If teams attack us we now have the tools to punish them on the counter-attack. Kargbo, Dennis, Gueye..
