  1. Not sure the V's have any say in the matter as they are the defendants in the case. It's the directorate of enforcement that is pursuing the case.
  2. It's what I expect. What I want is a club where there is trust between the fan base and those running and owning the club.
  3. If the hearing goes ahead on the day I fully expect the directorate of enforcement to prove their case with the result all overseas funding is banned.
  4. Not the point. Unless you want to name three keepers on the subs bench
  5. Squad of 26 including 4 keepers and one lad with a long term injury. The bare bones.
  6. Cash flow problems with nearly 9k season tickets bought doesn't bode well for the depths of winter.
  7. When the judge gave the decision to postpone the last hearing the reasoning given was it was complicated with not enough time left to devote to it. In my opinion that is something more than a request for additional funding which has already had a precedent set and is supported by fully costed evidence of where the money is going. The term final hearing suggests to me the determination of the Alexander House case.
  8. The directorate of enforcement take very few of their cases to court and have a very high percentage success rate on those they pursue.
  9. The August 20 court date is all about the Alexander House deal. Any request for additional funding is a side issue.
  10. It's also to do with how they purchased Anderton House which is why the judge in the previous hearing deferred it because it was going to take some time to hear the case.
  11. Two promoted teams at home to start both with momentum. Norwich and Dingles away. Predicting nil points by end August.
  12. The hearing never got to be heard in court in March it was adjourned until August. The judge ruled there was insufficient time left in the day to here it.
  13. The court date in August is primarily to do with the purchase of Anderton House from Gary Neville
  14. Fact. No money can be sent from India without the court approving it. So I can't see how the statement there are no impediments to Venkys sending money over stands up. They can't just do a bank transfer. They have to apply to court with a detailed breakdown of what the costs are for. Hope that answers your question forever blue.
  15. Simply not true that there are no current impediments to the current funding of the club by the owners nor that the court case has nothing to do with the running of the club.
  16. I don't think it is clear that after the court hearing funding will automatically be reinstated. It's not beyond the realms of possibility that if the directorate proves their case the V's could be banned from sending any money abroad. The directorate was pretty keen on that outcome to begin with prior to any decision hence the compromise until the hearing for detailed breakdowns of costs.
  17. Lot of truth in this. A friend spoke to Don after the game he was shocked. Didn't think the boys would let him down like that.
  18. Has the opportunity to cement his place in the starting eleven. His one touch passing will increase England's tempo. Southgate himself says it allows England to play a way they haven't been able to for eight years. Great credit to JDT for playing Adam in this position.
  19. It seems the directorate of enforcement have only pursued around 2.5 per cent of their cases through the courts. Those they have pursued they have a 95 per cent success rate. That suggests they are pretty sure they will win their case against the V's
