Elliott Jackson saying Hyam not been moving well for a little while hope he's ok. If not, would move hill inside, Brittain to full back and Moran on. Maybe Ennis for Dolan as well -

Watched most of the game against the Nobbers on Saturday. They actually played well and we're the better side for me. They weren't as direct under the caretaker manager as under Rowett, so am expecting a really tough game. -

It was disallowed apparently as Karlan Grant was stood in front of Wahlstedt obstructing his view. Seems like their manager accepts it was offside -

Just got home after celebrating the win this afternoon to hear the news about the passing of Sir Bobby Charlton. Sad news indeed, one of Englands greatest, a truly remarkable player .RIP -

With Ennis and Leonard hopefully available for Saturday and Gallagher not too far away now, we can afford to be patient with Telalovic I feel. Not easy to make that adjustment to championship football, but hopefully he has the tools to do that. If not, it wasn't an easy expensive mistake. The other January signings and the impact they have had give me hope he will prove a good signing eventually -

I don't think you would get called up for your country for the first time and start giving it the " big I am", and he certainly doesnt strike me as that sort of person Sure it's family related and like somebody posted earlier, could well be something to do with his wife being pregnant -

Didn't watch the game but no doubt see the goals later. Believe the goalkeeper was excellent (apart from an error that led to their goal). At only 16 I know Rovers have really high hopes for him. The 2 centre backs also were really good apparently. -

Quite a revealing interview with Dolan here. Maybe things going on in his life we're unaware of, which has affected his form. Nobody knows, but just maybe he's coming out the other side now. https://fb.watch/nzD-l9h1IQ/ -

Think JDT somehow needs to find a place for Brittain, JRC and Hill, as all three need to be in the starting line up for me Factor in Tronstadt looking like he's now up to the pace of the championship, Travis and Wharton competing for the midfield and it's going to be a nice headache for the manager -

Anybody lumping on Sammi to score 20 league goals? Probably not 1000/1 like BBD was but still healthy odds I dare say. Also the reason why not bringing in another goalscorer may not be as important as first thought. The goals will really be spread around this season -
Summer Window - Rating /10
Comfortably numb replied to roversfan99's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
Views on the transfer window earlier this week.. Yep, crap window, down to the owners. Specifically wanted an experienced centre back, wasn't allowed by the owners. Kid on loan warming the bench. Badly needed a striker, got 2 but amidst the restrictions so such a limited field. One a freebie from Plymouth who looks good but is no use constantly injured. One a desperate deadline day punt from the German 4th division who is clearly not up to it but such were the restrictions... Needed width, blocked by the owners. Sigurdsson was poor yesterday but its his third game in a week after a bad injury, overall a promising signing. Moran looks a good player, although the owners unwillingness to allow us a right winger means he may be needed out of position. Pressure on Wahlstedt now to step up as our main signing, and the likes of Tronstad and Hill need to prove they aren't just making up the numbers. Terrible window. We needlessly spunked most of our budget on a reserve goalie; Ennis is a crock; Tronstad looks way off so far; the German is a million miles off However, Sigurrson looks promising, Moran is learning on the job with us and looks a prospect for Brighton; jury out on Hill who looked decent against Cardiff. Views on transfer window after yesterday ... Hard to argue that our summer business wasn't positive based on today's performance - and the players who contributed most Fair’s fair. Based on today they all looked pretty good who got on. I’m trying to be positive today and not worry too much how bad QPR were in all this. Siggy could be a Berkovic / Bellamy-like one season wonder What a difference a win makes !! -

Nice break now. Get Wharton, Leonard and Ennis up to speed and we'll be looking stronger. Just hope for no injuries for those on international duty 🤞🤞 -

So, just for clarity, what is the main weakness in the team at the moment, attack or defence ? -

You don't think we're scoring enough goals atm then? The problem is at the other end at the moment -

2nd half Buckley moved to left hand side now. Not been as involved Edit Now subbed with 20 mins to go, seems to be a regular thing with him at Wednesday
