  1. He’s absolutely gone at us hammer and Tonge, every time I’ve seen him play. Hopefully we get that version!
  2. I don’t even see any of his posts! 🤣🤣 I Just see the aftermath of what he creates on here and then usually you guys going around telling everyone else to stop 🤷🏽‍♂️
  3. Not as dull as his constant tearing down of everything in our club which is now being picked up by several posters on the forum and yet, never seems to be dealt with publicly or otherwise by you guys…like Teflon that guy and 💯a plant PNE fan. 👍🏼
  4. Had their budget cut by a third but good old Sparks will already know that seeing as he’s ‘involved in “elite” football 🤥
  5. Agreed - cb, 2x cm and a forward. Plus another forward (or two) if BBD goes. He might sign an extension yet 👀
  6. Sheff United - he was brilliant! I took my friend (United fan) and he was waxing lyrical
  7. Hendry, definitely….maybeee Henning but I’m not giving you Dunny mate!! 🙈🤣🤣 Youre right, can work out but they’re more the exception to the rule than the rule.
  8. I agree. It appears Parks / Rovers list has been retained whilst the filters have been changed to focus on intensity and mobility - essentially a change of filter. But I do like the profile of Brittain. Interesting few weeks ahead.
  9. Potential to be a very good player but as a rule, I never go back. Never the same second time around!
  10. Yes Matt, we know mate. Do you honestly think we don’t know that having once been a superpower, we’re now very much shopping in a lower market? But having waited for what seems like an age to make one, it’s only natural that people feel euphoric when a seemingly good one happens, right? In context… Context and choice are key here. Context is the reason most of the working class aren’t depressed about not being middle class, why the middle class aren’t all pissed off about not being millionaires, millionaires not cheesed off about the billionaires and so on. Happiness is a choice brother and just because you can’t see it, don’t steal it from those who do. Please don’t think that it’s superior intelligence or ‘because you’re a winner either mate. It’s not. There’s lots of intelligent and successful people who choose to enjoy small moments in context, within a bigger picture of turbulence.
  11. I don’t think it’s like for like. I think it’s a considerable upgrade. But there’s opinions for you I guess.
  12. Just to be clear, I think Nyambe is average to good. That’s it. His one year deal at Wigan seems to corroborate this. It’s a shame we’ve lost an academy lad but I don’t think we’ll miss him for long.
  13. This. I was told a few weeks ago from a member of the current coaching team that Nyambe was ready to sign with no other offers on the table. Shortly after, it all broke down and I was genuinely shocked. My feeling at the time was that we must’ve turned him down, but I wimped out of saying on here because it’d have been ridiculed. Him signing a one year deal at Wigan says it all…a decent championship defender at best. The end.
  14. The weirdest thing is that it read perfect the first time round….😅☀️🍻🤣
  15. Haha - I’m on holiday and have had two drinks!! Re - read and amended!! 🙈🤣🤣
  16. Brittain would be a top signing if we can get it done. Him and Styles the standout players whenever I’ve seen them play,, and Brittain the most impressive of the lot. From what I’ve seen, far and away a better player than Nyambe - Get it done,, plus Styles and Cb and we’re cooking!!
  17. What do you suggest we do? Lower our standards now with 7 weeks left in the transfer window just so we all feel better with ‘bodies in the building’ Crazy advocating a lowering of standards in terms of targets.
  18. Wow, thank you. Williams seems an exceptional guy. Hope he’s allowed to build something similar at Rovers 🤞🏽
