We didn’t look like at leeds scoring neither have we tonight from open play. In fact bar Dack two mins ago I don’t think we’ve created a clear cut opportunity tonight. -

He can’t play striker, he’s 24 never played there before and then in a league higher we experiment with it despite Bereton. 3-1 feck off -

Only player second half who’s turned out is Bell, maybe Evans at a push. -

We were good value in the first half, they flew out the traps second half and we know the drill by now. -

This! We needed creativity to counter act their attacking dominance. Throwing points away. Just nothing there, no closing down, no battling. Nothing -

He’s not up too it. Reminds me of Ashley Ward. Hope the lad comes good but he’s got the heart of a pea. -

Really unlucky goal hits Raya and goes in. Under the cosh and don’t look like scoring anytime soon -

Definitely agree with Graham, think Dack is just getting to deep so his attacking game suffers and we don’t notice him as much. Evans looking good, tackling well, Reed for me is the quiet one but hey! Amazing how we see the game differently! -

They’ve got a lovely first touch passing game without real pace on the flanks as such. As good as McBurnie is he’s not fast fast. -

This 100% Dack is putting a shift dropping back too and trying to carry the ball away, in turn drawing the free kicks to ease a bit of pressure. Bell having a great game, was saying to a guy I’m watching it with that he’s looking more attacking then bang he wins a penalty. He’s also looking good at the back and seemingly not getting to sucked into the centre as much. Smallwood for me player of the half! He’s winning balls, keeping it tidy and just going about his game well. Impressed with him today so far. Celina looks a threat on the ball, Reed needs to get tighter to him. -

Your looking at localised cost. What about those who travel to the game? Usually petrol or diesel costs, time to travel there and back, taking the kids as no babysitter, cost of eating at the ground, car parking etc. Maybe they can't drive so catch public transport to the game. It adds up more than you think if your not in Blackburn. -
That or be given a promotional offer as a thanks for their support please find a guest pass for the next home game. Someone takes someone on this guess pass which might then shift a few more HST's. New Year's Day we play West Brom at home, might as well set this category C get a full house at a time when families are actually all together, have a family tradition of xmas football and when people are off work and not travelling etc. Create a New Year's Day family price for a one off set cost. Do it now so people can make their xmas plans.

Slash the prices for a fan day, get some coaches on for supporters groups. Today symbolises 100 percent Blackburn rovers (arte et Labore). The lads on the pitch after years deserve our backing, we can push them on this year. Todays 29/31 quid a ticket for a game on sky, early kick off restricting the pre match drinking and experience was way too high considering people have to make the journey to Blackburn itself.

Raya 8 - improves game by game, his kicking is coming on really well, two worldie saves. Bennett 8 - My motm, every block tackle he won on his side, sweet ball for the Armstrong opportunity of his left peg. Lenihan 7 - Lost his runner for the goal, looked rash, second half looked every inch a player putting body in the way, clearing the ball well and the winner. Mulgrew 7 - If he had pace he wouldn't be at Rovers, steady all game and lead the team well. Bell 6 - A juxtaplayer. Capable of good and bad at the same time, at fault with Arma allowing the cross in for the goal. Good engine, early second half went on a run then hesitated after beating a few and lost the ball. Prefer Williams imo. Reed 7 - Simply he's quality, a terrier chasing that lost cause, great one touch and give and goes. He's the midfielder we've cried out for years, Please TM sign him permanently. Smallwood 6.5 - Commentator got it spot on, he's a stopper. He is but after a ropey first 10 he did well until replaced partly due to his booking. Evans 7 - Seems to have a good partnership with Rodwell, really impressed with him today put some great challenges in, dug deep to close down in the later stages. He got elbowed by Cooper should have been a red card, hope we report this to the EFL. Dack 6 - Poor by his usual high standards, usually his touch sets him apart, he's on another level but today looked frustrated and missed a sitter. Arma 7 - Rovers named motm he stretched them in the first half, instead on being wide left and bringing the ball always on his right, would like him to drop his shoulder and beat his man, he's hot the pace to clear them. Graham 6.5 - Went off on 65? Scored, closed down well and his hold up p,at was great. Was no surprise Pontus Jonson who's apparently good looked really poor today and mistake riddled, that was partly due to Danny. Conway 7 - Experience and that delivery was sweet, in the closing stages he bought every foul using his age, experience well. Bereton 5.5 - Played RW and doesn't have the legs for it which allowed Alioski to get at Benno. Did well for the FK though. Rodwell 7 - Like Dack he's premier league, touches, passing, intercepting reading the game is a level above. Introduced himself to the game with an absolute bone cruncher on front of the riverside. -

Did well to hit the deck in the last minute and buy the free kick. Opposite of Derbyshire and Gallagher in the past. -
