Most managers can be adaptive and play the style of football the way their team is set up.

If some in-job managers are linked they will get all kind of problems. Questions from media etc. If they are interested or not. Nobody gains anything if they are being linked with a job. The managers and clubs will not have their name in the media.

Edmund Baidoo not in the squad for Sogndal in Norwegian 2. tier today. In negotiations with a club. Dont know the club, but really hope Blackburn is interested.

I refuse to think Blackburn as a club had agreed fee with Ipswich. I think it's more an agent or somebody else who said to Ipswich that Blackburn need money, could sell at a discount or something. Ipswich started low ballin and Blackburn refused to sell. Ipswich thought they could get a discount, but Blackburn stood firm. And Ipswich had to act and pay. That is my view on the transfer.

How much would Edmund Baidoo cost? Playing in the Norwegian 2 tier. First professional season. Have goals and assist in his play. Fast paced and a diamond in making. Maybe bigger clubs interested?

It is always (almost) more money for an attacker/ midfielder/ winger than a defender. A step UP from the championship is easier for an attacking player than a defender.
