I agree…Allthough I think when Wharton came on it improved Slightly. He wanted to run with the ball and made a massive impact. Wharton over Buckley any day of the week for me…It seems to work better with the younger lads in the cup games than it does with trav & Buckley.

After the second half performance & getting a clear cut penalty decison turned down yes we could of easily gone on to win the game… We battered them second half. Let’s not escape the fact that you’re saying we deserved nothing from the game. Your purely basing this on because we’ve played poorly in just 45 minutes of a 90 minute game? & I’d say your basing it on 2 previous poor performances…Your in the minority here pal. After that second half performance, rovers didn’t deserve to loose. We should of walked away with at least a point.

It’s too easy to criticise when we’re on a poor run but what were people saying when we won the first 3 games!? We know the leagues is full of twist & turns…By gosh Paul Ince’s Reading are top of the league! I agree that we need recruits and in honesty the transfer market so far has been a shocker…. We need pace & attack at the front in order to meet with JDTs style of play. The manor of the defeat to Reading & Sheff were terrifying, in fact probably the worst I’ve seen us. It doesn’t mean we should be hanging onto those demons & overshadowing them of what was a positive second half performance today. You’re judging todays performance off the last 2 games which doesn’t make sense.

I think we will see if JDT is the man on next weeks team selection. If Buckley starts then for me it’s Alarm bells. Hopefully “age doesn’t matter” comes into the equation and Wharton starts against Blackpool - him & hedges were a massive improvement.

Agreed mate. The past few games I’ve been seriously worried on the manner of defeat. However, with this defeat I don’t feel too deflated. Signs of quality, just need a few faces to lift the moral.

The main thing here is the improvement on the second half…Hedges is class & Wharton had a good game. Buckley should be on the bench against a pool.

Played well this half which is a relief. Just a shame about the first half. Must win against Blackpool!

Kaminskis feet & kicking is truely his weakest point…Nearly cost us points against QPR and Stoke were nearly clean through.
