Looking at him over the past few weeks I’m not sure…Im hoping he has a good 6 months elsewhere, we ship out most of the deadwood and he fits right in for next season. Like many have said, Thomas, if he performs, won’t be coming back to ewood next season and certainly is a better option than Markanday at this moment (on paper anyway)… Hedges on the right with a Thomas on the left and a new CF will be the starters, then you have Gally & Dolan as 2nd choices - I personally think Gally will be sold in summer & here’s hoping.

This rumour could a true one especially with JDT now saying there’s a good chance Markanday goes out on loan….People are going mad on twitter about it but for me personally it has to happen a he’s not getting game time here. Why, I’m not sure but for him to develop he HAS to play games….He needs minutes in competitive games… Markanday has a big future for us & JDT knows that.

Agreed. We will see x 1 Striker come in next week, probably the last day of trading and it will be a desperate loan. I’m holding on just a little to see what happens in summer…. Just on Gelhardt. Rich Sharpe said he was never our first choice so I don’t think we really battled for him in all honesty. If our first choice was Undav then that is just stupid awful business as there would always be a risk that he wouldn’t be released. Watch it now, “Bishop was always our number 1 target”…really hope GB has another target we’re unaware of.

Yeah agreed. Sounds like we don’t even have a quarter of what they’re spending on him though.

I’ve a feeling there some tension there with their manager. He a long way to go in his contract. He plays well for us, he goes back to his club and basically his price tag increases…probably to a stage where we couldn’t afford him permanently.
