Why do so many keep saying JE "kept us up last year" as if it's some major achievement? When he took over after the Stoke game we were 7 points above the relegation spots with a game in hand and only 11 points off playoffs with a game in hand to 6th and 7th.

What are you referring to. I said the clubis a basket case (that's not good you know). JE wasn't lied to. He just didn't get more than he was promised. Many of us would expect a well run club to give him at least part of what he wanted. You can rewrite this story all day to suit your agenda, but Eustace knew what he was getting into. He just thought he could squeeze the club a bit. He failed.

Of course not. But that doesn't excuse JE for dumping and running. He knew we were a basket case when he signed up. Now he can't stand it any longer. Nothing has changed and nothing will until the Reos dissappear.

Well he should have carried on with the job he signed up for. He, like the rest of us, was under no illusion. Some people like you just say anything that suits your agenda.

Count me as a happy clapper. He knew what he signed up to, JDT made that clear enough. He has let the team and fans down.

I hope JE stays. But if he goes our 5 season tickets will still be renewed. I have nobnend friends and they never tire of telling me that our support is dwindling as the "plastics" give up going to Ewood.

Well I'm looking forward to this game. Not happy with KO time as 1 grandson plays on Sundays and grand daughter away at Brownie camp. But that still leaves 3 of us going to see a team we will might be playing next year.
