  1. Surely those two have to have come under some consideration… We can’t have jumped straight from Farke and Carvahal to the booze brothers Ferguson and Unsworth, surely
  2. I doubt that website has any of their own sources. Whole thing is written from tweets they stumble upon
  3. This. While the club 100% has previous for this, and admittedly could still balls it up now, there is no evidence in the public domain to suggest it is going badly, they're hiring someone on the cheap, promoting from within etc just yet. I dare say if we appointed someone super quickly there’d be some saying we rushed it… Let’s save the outrage till something is confirmed eh? Oh and the Hasselbaink/Adkins jokes grew old a long time ago
  4. I hope if he decides to manage us that people learn to spell his name properly
  5. I get it that we could easily hire someone shite as manager, we have previous. But mentioning every dislikeable manager as our potential next one with zero foundation to it is getting a bit tiresome. It’s like getting hacked off about something that hasn’t even happened yet.
  6. Cheers. Yeah me too Farke. Would be delighted if he came in. Seems so simple doesn’t it…
  7. Where has this Nuno stuff come from? Genuine links or tongue in cheek comment taken seriously? Either way, as much as I’d like it, can’t see any chance of it whatsoever
  8. To be fair, you could also ask why is posting the manager odds from 5 years ago relevant too…
  9. Plus I’d say he has more justification for waiting for a Premier League job than Farke
  10. Nope. The man’s a loose cannon. It would be an Ince-like appointment. I’d be betting on us going down
  11. Don’t remember that one. His derby team beat us 3 0 at their ground just before covid cancelled everything. But yeah, can’t say it would be an appointment that would please me much
  12. I don’t think he has an obligation to respond to fan questions. Judging by the responses to him tweeting his article out today, I wouldn’t want to respond to the kind of people who reply as rudely as some on there.
  13. Kaminski coming out and defending Mowbray actually reflects even worse on the players. At least if they’d lost faith in him then that could halfway explain their pathetic collapse since January. Now after this they don’t have any defence…
  14. I don’t think Mowbray even deserves much credit for the League One success. We started terribly (with 5 at the back if memory serves me correctly) so he was forced into changing the system which just happened to suit Dack, amongst others, perfectly. He even tried messing with the formation when we were on winning steaks (an awful first half at home to Bury springs to mind). His issue is constantly getting sussed out. Play his teams once, you know how to play them next time. It soon catches on. Some managers have the tactical nous to change it, some managers have the man management skills to inspire players out of a bad patch. Mowbray has neither. He’s a thin-skinned dinosaur with thickly lined pockets and that’s fine by him.
  15. Got stick on here for criticising Wharton. Hope the same guy is watching this…
  16. I don’t believe in any conspiracy theories of the owners or the managers trying to stop us getting promoted, plain and simple we have a useless manager who has outstayed his welcome far longer than he should have.
