Transfer Window - COMPLETE. Where’s Gregg?

Not what I take from that at all. Sounds like JDT would love to keep him if possible, as would I. -

GB not JDT. Like everyone here, chuffed to get out first signing and feeling a lot more positive than I had been, looks like it just took a little time to get the plan underway and to knock over the first domino. -
Kit supplier and sponsor from 21/22

I hate the sponsor and for that reason am not ordering the home and away kits but that 3rd kit is brilliant imo. -

Rcb could be his position within a back 5. -

Only highlights but looks to have good instinct and composure. Almost Dack-esque. -

Jon Dahl Tomasson - Sweden coach

To the tune of Sven Sven Sven Goran Eriksen but just shout Jon Jon Jon Dahl Tomasson. Job done! For what it's worth, everything has been said but what a refreshing appointment both he and Broughton appear to be. -
v Hull City (a) - 19/1/22
Feed the Yak replied to Aqualung's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
It's an attacking move and an opportunity for Buckley to showcase his prowess in the middle - it may be where he plays regularly for us soon with Dack due to return. Gallagher has had a decent enough season and offers support to the returning JRC, who could do with having a good game for me as I am yet to be convinced there's much to him. I'm positive we'll get the result we need here. -

Same team lesss Nyambe for JRC makes the most sense based on what we've heard so far. Think we will win this 3 to nil. -
Well, I actually don't mind it at all. I can also say that when I was a kid I would have like the sponsor but wouldn't have cared what it was for.

Lenihan's distribution has been unbelievable. -

I feel he's done well today, breaking up play and making good interceptions. I do feel he has lost any of the attacking threat he had when he first broke into the team mind. -

It's the taking of chances that influences matches... But I reckon we'll win this still. Very impressive first half that could have seen us several up going into half time. Usually I would doubt our chances now, but these lads are made of something else. -

As others had said great performance so far by Pears who looks a lot more solid than he did last season, long may that continue. Perfect away performance so far. -

Could be a back 5 with naymbe rcb and Buckley rwb? I hope not mind... -
Without a cushty multi year contract in his pocket, we might just see the best of Tony with his back against the wall.

Missed the last match as I forgot we were playing, don't live in or near Blackburn but have loved the club for 18 years. I couldn't support another team, ever. But I'm done. Well done Venkys. Well done Tony. Well done Waggot. Well done Jerome. Well done Kean. Well done Coyle. You win.

Rovers v Bristol City - 17/03/21

What Buckley and Dolan have done to deserve to be dropped is beyond me. Must be so disheartening and must impact on development when they are unable to get a run of games. Such a shame. -

Fair enough, you would need a big steel barrier in front of you to deal with the term "tosh". -

What a load of tosh that article is, as already stated by others. Hearing Mowbray talking drivel about stats makes me feel that pretty much all of the Rovers lot at the moment are clueless and blinded by arbitrary statistics. Won't surprise me if Mowbray and Venkys are being peddled plenty of rubbish, it's so easy to manipulate data and present it in anyway you want. -
You're spot on. I have found my support for Rovers to be a microcosm of the way I feel about the country. The extinguished hope and growing apathy. The powerlessness. The loss of pride...

That's some incentive for the players then...
