  1. trav signing a new deal gives me hope that mowbray is leaving at the end of the season, good solid player who looks after the shop and keeps us ticking over
  2. th whole worldwide rovers supporting community could see we needed a back up centre forward, everyone apart from our esteemed manager that is🥵
  3. there is a bit of hypocrisy and double standards going on in the premier league, chelsea basically shut down because their owner is a supposed mate of a despot while newcastles owner chops journalists into little pieces but they get to carry on regardless!!!!!
  4. lol, everyone i used to go to matches with have decided not to come back to ewood till venkys have ****** off
  5. cut down on the funny fags mate, they don`t do you any good in the long run
  6. there was no way gary lineker was coming anywhere near ewood and stop making stuff up about world record fees and biggest budgets, you`re being rather stupid
  7. lol,i was`nt aware uncle jack gave don so much money even man utd, barcelona, real madrid and bayern munich were foaming with jealousy at our humungous budget, steve agnew, stuart munro and steve livingstone, must have made a massive hole in jacks wallet🤣
  8. if saxton or mackay had been backed with the funds mowbray has received over 5 years they`de have got us promoted no problem, both of them were superior managers in every dept, both of them played attacking football with none of the turgid **** we`ve had to put up from mowbray,i still think he accidently hit on a winning formation this season after exhausting every other, then he ***** things up by not getting a back up centre forward in (markanday is not a striker btw),he`s a decent, honest human being,no doubt, but he`s a **** manager, nothing will convince me he is`nt
  9. if we had a competent ceo/chairman who actually knew about the game,he`s be telling tony "thanks for the last five years, but now we need a younger manager with fresh ideas" then get on the phone to rooney`s agent asking him if he wants the job here, whats he`s done at derby is very impressive
  10. id`e keep the same team, buckley was good against millwall and rothwell was running the show, give gallagher a half and if he`s **** haul him off why are ticket £25???not as if bristol city are ripping the league up,another case of swag induced price stupidity
  11. i sincerely hope it`s a case of new manager, improved player,i doubt it but you never know
  12. iv`e been a defender of gallagher and been critical of mowbrays strange use of him,but last night he was shocking and it`s kind of changed my opinion,he`s not good enough, can`t hold the ball up, and he does`nt at all play his size,no matter how much coaching you give him,he is`nt going to get any better at his age, maybe a new manager next season will suss him out and move him on
  13. well hopefully mowbray won`t be here next season, clean slate for everybody, fans and playing staff alike
  14. id`e be more worried if we stopped creating chances but the lack of finishing is going to be our undoing, what a difference rothwell is to the team when he`s played in an advanced position,he was running the game
  15. no complaints about the performance,we fair gave millwall the runaround, rothwell was fantastic,we could`nt score because our ****head manager did`nt bring in a centre forward during the transfer window, simple as that
  16. im`e probably mistaken but hav`nt everton been in the top division since the football league started in 1888
  17. football is a simple game,a fact that mowbray just does not adhere to
  18. everton 2 down after twenty minutes, just goes to show that money alone does`nt buy you a good team
  19. most likely because they practice them in training, decent set pieces can be worth 10+ goals a season both sides are playing like we did before febuary, fast, forward passing and looking to get in behind teams, somehow we`ve gone back to the possesion based **** of last season, though not having a centre forward has`nt helped
  20. agree,as long as he`s pushed up the pitch though,he `s no good taking the ball of the centre backs
  21. we`ve stopped playing a fast tempo, running at defences and turning their players towards their own goal(defenders hate that),now we`ve started to play like last season, slow, slow and more slow,we hav`nt got a centre forward either to put the ball in the net a la armstrong,it`s no great mystery why we arn`t scoring goals, mowbray should go to tinkerers anonymous,he ***** up in the transfer window as well
  22. i ****** hope so,i don`t think i can take another 3 years of his management, i`ll be going to accrington stanley or chorley if he does sign another deal
  23. dingles are now like a boxer who has had to many fights, there is nothing left
  24. imagine the scenes if rovers end up playing bamber bridge, matlock and stafford rangers ,would be epic imo🤣
