Coming out and saying you offered to leave for free in the summer because the goalposts have been moved implies that you were probably promised it would be rectified shortly. This is the quandary that those on £X00000s/year at the club are paid the big bucks to answer, because it is a quandary: do you stick in the hope that recovery is possible or do you twist and accept you’re less likely to recover to potential, but also less likely to go down? Entitled to your opinions, but they’ve paid their money and they’re entitled to theirs, which includes a review of some really poor football mixed with a couple of players doing well. I suppose in their eyes, we’re both “shit supporters” for not being there.

Tronstad extremely tidy, he’s got the ability to be in the centre of midfield for us for a long time.
