If Diaz was still banging them in like he was at the beginning of the season, maybe a team like Everton would take a gamble at 15 million. The fact is he isn't at the moment so can't see anyone paying anywhere near that. If he comes good and gets another ten goals between now and the end of the season. It was worth the risk especially considering it isn't our money.

That is exactly my point surely it would be more beneficial to give our own prospects the game time. Or at least more of it than someone who we could improve and then send back to his club. If he was pulling up trees or an established player then obviously it'd be different.

First half wasn't too bad we defended well. Garret had two simple forward balls and didn't find either. On another day we get a soft penalty and who knows. Absolute shit show in the second half. Hope we start the same as we did on Saturday and blow them away. Put an end to this win/loss run we're on just in time for the dingles.

We'll know within the first 15 minutes which team has turned up. If the whole squad works their bollocks off the same as the other night, at Blackpool and at home to west Brom we should smash these lot. If we sit back and it takes us 45 minutes to get going we'll lose. Surely the players must see how their hard work pays off and that we can beat anyone playing like that from the off. 0-3 rovers .

If we can stick in the top half, hopefully within touching distance of the play offs and beat Burnley I'll be happy. We need something to play for second half of the season and definitely not a relegation battle. To answer the question I think around 10th-12th. We need to make ewood a fortress because we aren't good enough to beat good sides away from home.

Should favor us playing against a better side. Since we like to let the opposition have the ball and break quickly. Against a superior team like Watford it makes sense. But against a struggling stoke and decent enough bristol city team not so much. But anyway. They are nearly as good as Fulham last season going forward. I think hedges, Diaz and Gallagher will be our starting front three. With either dack or Sammie just behind. I think that's a decent enough attack for this league. I think Dolan can play a role off the bench against tired legs. He's been way off it so far this season but he's still only young and hopefully will get better as the team does. If we switch to back three of Scott, Ayala and hyam that's fairly solid on paper. With Carter and Phillips when needed. Morton or bola can play just in front of those three. Then just ahead of those we've Travis, Buckley and Adam. Brittain has been for me our most consistent player so far, even when we've been awful at times. Pickering out on the left without as much defensive responsibility will hopefully come good. Looking at it like that and with kaminski being arguably the best keeper in this league, we've got a solid foundation there to finish well clear of relegation. If we can go on a run and make our way towards top six even better. Although I think it won't be as competitive as last season and there will be a bigger gap between the top teams and the rest of us.

Yeah can't help but think we're still short. When it's good like last night and a couple times already this season, it's brilliant. I don't think we have the squad to have a real push at the play offs/promotion. As long as we beat those Dingle bastards home and away that'll do. I think the manager will get time with our owners. My mate is Adam and Scott's cousin. And when Scott finally broke through into the first team, he told us about Adam. He said he's even better and plays midfield. But wow what a game and a half he has had there.

Yeah whatever happens tomorrow can't fault Diaz. His commitment and respect for the club. If he goes I just hope we have a contingency plan in place. His goals will be hard to replace. IF he stays I think we still need a few quality signings. Obviously if he does we need even more. Brilliant performance overall. Adam Wharton was everywhere. I thought the whole team were really good. Playing stuff we never saw under mowbray. On another day that's a 3/4-0 win and would be one to look back on. We need to use it as a platform and go on a run now hopefully.
