The big thing for me is that the team has a player amongst it's ranks who's shown that he can score goals from outside the box which is always a plus. Reading the LT article on the game maybe Willem Tomlinson isn't eligible to play.

Get yourselves down folks to Ewood Park this Saturday 1 pm ko to see Rovers young lads in action against what will be tough opponents in Southend. Watching players like Ryan Nyambe and Willem Tomlinson who have already tasted first team action playing alongside quality youg lads like Scot Warton, Joe Ranking-Costello, Stefano Mols to name just a few will be well worth your time in attending Ewood Park this coming Saturday.
-
Excellent goal from Tomlinson takes on his midfielder and hits a thirty yarder into the net that's what I like to see Wonder what JLowe would have done in similar circumstances and more to the point do you think Gary or 'Gaz' could coach shooting from distance out of young Tomlinson.

See Hyuga Tanners playing today
-
Is he not good enough to start for Chorley?
-
How's Hyuga Tanner doing these days big thing seemed to await him last season when his agent put out that there was premiership interest in him.

What chaddy is saying team GB is that the boys aren't ready to be loaned out.

When Howard went on his scouting mission watching Stafford Rangers wasn't it a full back who had been recommended to him yet he came away with one of the best most underrated keepers of his era in Jim Arnold such was Howard knowledge of football unlike today's motley crew. From Bury to Bristol and just goal difference stopping Rovers from reaching the top flight in two short seasons such a pity but what a great achievement from Howard Kendal if only he'd have had a Jack Walker behind him in those days. RIP Howard you were fantastic for Blackburn Rovers football club.

One who can make a positive contribution, but OK hes not been at the top of his game for some time, versus one that if he was at the top of his game still wouldnt make any difference at all as the team slides down the league. I know which one id try to make better and it wouldnt be the younger one in this instance. -

Pederson is far more useful than what Jason Lowe is. -

Comparing a Palace player with Messi...........mmmmm dont get it chris. If its Rovers wont have two bob to rub together to buy any footballer so they might as well go for the best that they could never have, then fine get it. -

None. On reflection it was a very good goal by the Palace player, that asks how good is this Palace player, could he be an improvement on the players Rovers currently have, if so then Rovers should be trying to sign him up. -

The positive in swapping free kick duties from Morten to Jones, is that Morten can head the ball very well indeed. For me, MGP is streets ahead of Jones from a dead ball situation. One problem this current team have is that no one is outstanding at heading the ball from set plays on the evidence seen so far. -

If youre prepared to see regularly a two thirds empty Ewood Park with the club standing no chance of being promoted in the mean time then fine. -

All I keep seeing on the video tape of Rovers games is Scott Dann playing a full part in allowing the opposition to score goals against Rovers. Something that after two years with his experience he needs to cut out if Blackburn Rovers are to progress. -

Was that Scott Dann on the floor whilst the Palace forward hit the Rovers net. -

How many development squad games has Cotton played this season or more recently for you to mention his name.
