  1. No one knew he would be a good player apparently.
  2. Despite what some of our so called fans like to say, Blackburn Rovers is still a huge opportunity for most players and managers out there. If the club payed wages that were competitive with the rest of the division (yes I know) we'd have the pick of the bunch, bar a small handful of other clubs. The championship is the 5th largest league in the world and even after 15 years of being terminally ill with the venky virus Rovers are still one of the biggest clubs in the league. That's what makes the venky presence so intolerable. It would take very little to get the club back up there challenging and humming again, yet they take every opportunity to deliberately do the opposite. This leads back to the point I made when he was appointed. Whether Big Val is a shit manager or not is irrelevant, as long as venkys have anything to do with the club nothing will be achieved.
  3. Ultimately, if you don't believe that getting rid of venkys would be good for the club then you are wrong. It's that simple. Not a matter of opinion, it's basic facts. What have they improved over the last 15 years? Nothing. What have they made worse over the last 15 years? Everything. To deny that is denying reality and I have absolutely no time for mushrooms who refuse to accept reality. You're in the bin with flat earthers and climate change deniers. The only grounds for compromise are how the fanbase should go about trying to get them out.
  4. Five year deal and I'm there. I promise I won't mention Suhail by name.
  5. Well I was wondering how long it would be before the ITK bullshitters turned up on here. As per usual, we're signing all these top players, until we aren't. I'll say this again for those who are short of attention span: Venky FC (trading as Blackburn Rovers) sign players based solely on their cost, both transfer fees and wages, and how much backhanders can be slipped into agents pockets. Please stop pretending this is a real football club.
  6. I'll give it a crack. I 'know the club'
  7. What an absolute lemon. Completely contradicts his own argument within the first sentence. People don't buy clubs based on history, they buy them based on potential. Apparently. The history dictates the potential you fucking smeg. By his logic, if Manchester United dropped down a division and had lower attendances, say 15,000 a week, and were losing shit loads of money they'd not be as attractive as Brentford who are averaging 25-30,000 a week and are turning a profit in a higher division. What a complete tool.
  8. That's hardly surprising though. My cat and dog are more skilled at organising themselves than the munters down at Ewood. I was being tongue in cheek with my unpaid comment BTW.
  9. The Jam - Girl On The Phone
  10. So are you saying that @Herbie6590 is the BRFCS Pasha?
  11. Don't disagree with you there, but targeted boycotts are usually much more effective.
  12. I had no idea you were unpaid
  13. Maybe the same reason Mark Hughes left to come here? Almost as though managing a team in the top rated league in the world is some sort of accolade or something...
  14. A I mentioned earlier, if you can't make your 'philosophy' work at Celtic then you're up to fuck all.
  15. That's a good looking bottom three right there. Fuck off west ham. Shit club, always way over hyped. They'll probably cheat their way out of it like they did in 2006(I think).
  16. Thick and arrogant in equal measures
  17. I see chaddy is back to stealing the oxygen out of the room with his militant refusal to understand the basics of life. So, who's going to be boycotting the Watford game then? Who has already joined the boycott?
  18. Worse than Coyle or Kean? Are you on meth? Out of all the deranged shit that is on the internet that's well up there.
  19. I think in the build-up to the Watford game the coalition should be releasing a series of "Facts about the last 15 years" with a new one every two or three days. Getting our message out there and winning the information war is absolutely crucial. The facts are completely on our side.
  20. Ah, another one of Rovers' favourite agents.
  21. If he wants out all he has to do is throw the blame the way of the owners and the shadow man.
  22. Not a good day for PNE Rovers.
  23. I haven't been for over 15 years and I can honestly say I haven't missed anything.
  24. Nothing wrong with players holding the power on their own career. It's up to the club to make sure they retain their services by offering them something that is desirable.
  25. Just to remind those of you who are getting carried away thinking this is a real football club. Blackburn Rovers signings are based on how cheap they will cost both in transfer fees and wages, and how much commission can be gotten out of the deal by agents.
