  1. Yep it was never a penalty for that header, there was however a foul on Bath that could well have been given.
  2. Lately? He's shit and needs replacing. He's the only reason we conceded today. Instead of going and grabbing the ball he just stood there like a fucking lemon and let the guy smack it in.
  3. Integrity? He'd have to look up the meaning of the word.
  4. If we were in administration we'd be run a million times better than this.
  5. They're unbelievably lucky to get thirteen thousand turn up. I can't imagine how low attendance figures will be next season after we've deliberately spunked away any chance of promotion this season. Not to mention Eustace will likely be gone in the summer and replaced with god knows what.
  6. Kargbo looks like it is on the cards. Until the paperwork needs submitting of course. https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/teams/blackburn-rovers McFadz out also.
  7. Nobody in their right mind would think they can compete with the top clubs in England right now. Surely not even the most die hard old firm fans could be that daft. A good 5-10 years of being in the Premier League would certainly see them rise up to compete with the big clubs but I can't see that happening.
  8. I remember a day when Manchester United were our secondary rivals. Pre venkys, naturally.
  9. Glen was helping get protest movements started up again and was giving a lot of great guidance and advice until some bone heads started giving him shit because he went to that player meeting with swag. After that he couldn't be arsed with it and left. Ultimately the protest potential fizzled out into nothing. It was completely embarrassing and whoever thought it was a good idea to give him grief was a fucking idiot. Right when we needed some solidarity and to take advice from folks who have been there and done it some fuckwits decided to gob off and cause mither.
  10. Targeting bling jr on social media is a great place to start. Doesn't need to be hassled or anything like that, just make posts about what a bunch of absolute cretinous swamp dwelling brain-deads venkys are and keep tagging him in them. Shine the light on the lot of them.
  11. You can just see it coming. "Unfortunately the phone line issues we were having earlier in the month just happened to resurface at 22:58 on deadline day. We lost our internet connection and couldn't complete the transfer of _________. We have now started a long and costly appeal procedure. Hotspot? What's that?"
  12. I'll repeat the question since you didn't answer the first time. What have you seen over the last 14 years that would show that they want the club to be in the premier league?
  13. That's no excuse really. If you claim that you're a fan of this club and actually care then you will know about what's happening. It's not hard.
  14. Can you have a mindset when you don't have a brain?
  15. A faux pas to quote myself I know, but just need to add; I've never understood this mentality of "it happened before I was born so I don't know about it" It completely and utterly moronic. It's anti-intellectual. It's complete fucking bollocks. The Holocaust happened before most of us were born, does that mean we shouldn't know or understand what it was or why it happened? No. There is no excuse for such levels of ignorance and stupidity. (Obviously I'm not comparing Rovers to the Holocaust, it was an example)
  16. Naturally I would expect the Rovers Trust to be well underway with this process already, forming a strong union with other fan representative groups. Whether that's actually happening is another matter. They're not big on communicating with the membership unfortunately. The only solution is to take the fight to the very top with a united front.
  17. The difference is though that the 1960 FA Cup final was a one off event. This has been continuous for 15 years.
  18. The only solution is a change to the way football clubs are owned and operated. They absolutely should never be allowed to be fully privately owned as they are our national and cultural heritage and a cornerstone of local communities. This change can only be brought about by fan organisation from all clubs demanding this. The 51% model that operates in Germany, although not perfect, is a good way to fo this as it allows for investment and involvement from outside capital but gives the membere, i e the fans, majority control over their own club. Before the naysaying lemmings chime in with "£20million a year", there'd have to be a transition period from private to fan ownership whereby the membership is not liable for debts and losses accrued under the old ownership. This would be to allow the clubs to financially get themselves together. Or we could just carry on doing absolutely nothing....
  19. The club dies a slow and painful death when cowards sit there in silence and do nothing.
