    There is probably more interest in internationals with the women. Club football is incredibly tribal and I'm not sure that translates to the women's game in the same way.

    The direct comparison by the media where they equate the women's game to the men's is actually quite detrimental to the women's game. They aren't the same and will never be the same. That doesn't mean that the women's game is inferior to the men's it simply means that it is different. When the two are put on the same level it is inviting criticism and derision.

    No, it isn’t. But we'd have a massive increase if the price was right. This is an excellent initiative. Hopefully it is a success. If this goes well then we can hopefully prove the point at a league or cup game in the future. It is my hardline belief that NOBODY should be priced out of going to things like football.
