"We'll have bigger crowds than you" "we've got better fans than you" blah blah blah Then we smashed them 5 - 0 and it was hilarious watching them all sat there in silence with their arms folded in the Darwen End. They seem to have a real chip on their shoulder about us. Maybe because the entire existence of not just the football team but the town has always been in our shadow.

These awards are totally meaningless anyway. They aren't worth the time it has taken me to write this comment.

I have always thought people from Preston generally are quite full of themselves and totally deluded. Right down to their city status. "We're a city" no you're not, you're a shit town. There is no rivalry with Preston as far as Rovers are concerned as Preston are totally insignificant.

The club behind the scenes wasn't quite the post apocalyptic wasteland that it is today. I think a lot of the Tony Mowbray bashing is people who are taking out other frustrations they have with the club on the manager.

I never liked it at the time but now I think it looks amazing. Didn't we lose that match?

I didn't like the 125 anniversary kit for that reason. I do wish I had got one now though.
