  1. Were still in a decent position at the moment, with players back after the international break, but any more slip ups might have the Ewood alarm bells ringing. Let's put things right at Ewood, and keep our 100% home record intact.
  2. If your going to try and hang on for a point for most of the game, your going to be under the cosh for most of the game. Fortune favours the brave, play an attacking formation, and go for it.
  3. Can you see Liverpool leaving Sala ore Diaz on the subs bench, ore Man city leaving Haaland on the bench. To win games you need to have an attacking formation.
  4. If we've any ambitions this season, we need to start winning away games. We did have a couple missing in defence for the last 2 aways, Owen Beck and Brittain who's almost fit, but still recovering from injury. They should be back after the international break, the important thing is trying to keep our 100% record at home, then trying to pick up points away.
  5. I think we had our head in the clouds before the Coventry game, we were unbeaten, but still had'nt won a game away. The last couple of games, weve been sluggish even with an extra man. We need to get a ruthless streak, and see teams off comfortably, like Coventry showed against us Tuesday night. Lets hope we can return the favour when they visit Ewood later in the season.
  6. The great thing so far this season, goals are coming from all over the pitch. I thought Rovers were a bit scrappy in the first half yesterday, until Q.P.R. (who could have took the lead) had a man sent off. After saying that Q.P.R. were decent opposition, teams dont let you win. I thimk Cantwell and Duberry were bright sparks, when they came on. We have still got our 100% home record intact and are still unbeaten in the Championship.
  7. I would definitely consider starting with Cantwell, he had an excellent game when he came on, and put a fantastic cross into the box for Danny Batths goal, and he's still not 100% match fit.Its competition for Andi Weiman. It will keep players on their toes, with competition for places.
  8. Not surprising when they had count dracula playing for them, and dirty b---stards going in hard with 2 footed tackles. Lets put shitdale behind us, and move onwards and upwards.
  9. Q.P.R. have won 1 drawn 4 and lost 1 so far. Q.P.R. 1 W.B.A. 3; Sheff u 2 Q.P.R.2; Q.P.R 1 Plymouth 1; Luton 1 Q.P.R.2; Sheff W 1 Q.P.R. 1 and Q.P.R. 1 Millwall 1. There top scorer so far is Frey with 3, if we give it 100% I think we can take the points. We need to keep our 100% home record going, and keep it fortress Ewood. Blackburn Rovers 3 Q.P.R. 0.
  10. How many times have we heard comments like these, lets take our foot off the gas, should be a walk in the park. It's a Lancashire derby, they'll be up for it. Nothing but 100% will do.
  11. Why change a successful team, apart from stuttering for about half an hour after taking the lead, it was an excellent performance against Bristol city.
  12. Let's hope Gueye does'nt move his arm, could be another red.
  13. Let's not make the classic mistake, take them to lightly.
  14. Preston have had a mixed start to the season, lost 3-0 to Oxford, 3-0 to Swansea, and 0-2 to Sheff utd, but they have had decent wins against Sunderland and Luton. Let's give it 100%, and try and keep our unbeaten start to the season.
  15. Yet if he went all out for wins towards the end of last season(in the perilous position we were in) and lost, he would have been criticised even more.
  16. He got some unfair criticism towards the end of last season, some rovers supporters(if they attend matches) like to find a scapegoat. He had a very difficult task, when he was brought in towards the end of last season, keeping a misfiring Blackburn Rovers in the Championship. He did that, and now were seeing the team that John Eustace put together in the Summer, playing some fantastic football, that's beginning to put the smile back on the rovers supporters faces. Our main aim is to improve on last seasons dreadful run of results, but who knows the way Rovers are playing at the moment.
  17. My thoughts exactly, we were holding on at times, in that sloppy laid back half an hour, and if was'nt for 2 good saves from pears, they might have levelled, before Ohashi put it beyond doubt. There was also a fantastic tackle from Beck that kept them out.
  18. Let's hope he proves you and others wrong, he seems to be getting his confidence back, after a lot of stick and some school boy errors last season.
  19. Who cares, we've still got our 100% home record. No doubt about Yuki Ohashis 2 fantastic strikes, to putitbeyond doubt.
  20. No wonder Beck is already in the Wales squad, A future Liverpool first teamer.
  21. Your left with egg on your face, Pears pulled off a couple of good saves, to keep us in front earlier in the game.
